The food is really good here but I hate that the bar leaves out chips and salsa for anyone to eat,…read morethey aren't brought out individually, just remain out there for everyone to put their fingers into. I asked for a new salsa and was brought back watery salsa, like he filtered out the tomatoes. Felt like a F you for asking. That said, I do like the food and have already had 4 meals here, and more to come. Service at the restaurant tables is way better than the bar and since it's at the airport they want 20% tip, regardless of the service. I offended the bar tender when I said 15%. Listen if you ignore me, don't check on me and give me watered down salsa, what do you expect?! Everything I've eaten, I've loved and would order again. We ordered a platter of steak for 4 people for lunch yesterday and I have no idea what the menu item was but it was delicious!! It came with tortillas, sopes, guacamole, onions, chopped chilis and a little melted cheese for each of us. The Gaoneras Fresno tacos are delicious but 3 is a lot for one person. I also ordered a half ensalada de la casa with it, so maybe that's why it was too much. Another time I ordered the camarones rellenos and they were outstanding!! Ate every last bite!! Last night I ordered the Taco envenenado and queso fundido with mushrooms, plus a salad, but it was too much! It was all so good and since the salad arrived last, it came home with me. Lol Not sure what's next but I'm enjoying my meals here

I was looking for a seafood place to have some fresh shrimps or fish, when I saw this location…read more Initially it wasn't that attractive but there were lots of people getting in. I decided to try it. Menu is as any other seafood place with typical dishes. I tried the 'tostada de ceviche' and the shrimp taco with cheese. This second I ordered it as I had never had one before. I also ordered a 'Vuelve a la Vida' which is a soup of mixed seafood (shrimp, octopus, oysters). Service was slow even though this place was half full. Taste was average and did not 'wow' me. The cocktail tasted like frozen seafood...not fresh. The only thing that was good was the shrimp taco! It was warm and tasty! I would come back for more of this!

Ambience: 4 Prices: 5…read moreService: 5 Cleanliness: 5 Variety: 5 Quality: 5 Location: 4 I found this little gem by accident while walking around the neighborhood close to my hotel. It is a local business with one other location in town. This location is in the Plaza Versailles where there are several other businesses and a theatre. From the outside of the plaza you see signs for Carls Hr and KFC on the corner. They offer a variety of breakfasts entrees (eggs, chilaquiles, hotcakes, etc.), as well as hot sandwiches, paninis, salads, wings and more. I was surprised at their low prices. The ambience is casual and clean. There is one rather small dining room. A TV was on the wall but the volume was low to allow conversation. I liked the modern layout and pleasant appearance. They take your order at the counter and bring your food and beverages to you. I had the molletes with pico de gallo, and paid a small additional charge to add bacon. They were very well cooked and served quickly. I have had better coffee but loved the delicious fresh squeezed orange juice. Coffee is served in refillable styrofoam cups. The molletes were excellent, tasted great and were very filling. The people who waited on me were friendly and professional. They made me feel welcome and appreciated. I wish them success. This would be a great place for couples or small business meetings. Open in the morning till 9 PM. Home delivery service is available. Underground Parking
