For the first time in my life, I was told that saying I would leave a Google review was considered…read morea "threat" which resulted in the office manager calling me at 5pm to cancel my teenage daughters appointment the night before the scheduled appointment. Dental work that is absolutely needed and not cheap. For a business that claims "Every team member has been carefully selected and trained to provide compassionate care and ensure a positive, comfortable experience during your visit" this doesn't seem to hit the mark. My initial complaint was lack of financing options for families and the receptionist told me she would call back by end of day to let me know if there was anything that could be done. Instead, the call returned was from the office manager cancelling our appt due to the "threat" that I mentioned writing a review or talking to the community. That's exactly how I worded it. No threats. Now instead of receiving any customer service, I am writing a valid review about how inappropriate it is to cancel a minors appt because the mother suggests she is unhappy. We as military families are stationed here with limited options and finding out there are ZERO payment plan options for high cost procedures besides delayed care or taking out credit (that may not be approved for everyone) was shocking. Most dentists that I know offer SOME form of payment options. I did not find this to be the case here. Lack of affordability aside, this review was solely triggered based on the egregious cancellation. A complaint is not a "threat" and using that as an excuse to cancel a medical appointment that a minor needs is something worth reporting. I welcome contact with the owner to know if this is how the business is supposed to be run.

Dr. Lemme is very skilled and knowledgeable, and has a way of explaining things so they make sense. I had an old root canal tooth that had turned pretty brown over the years. Dr. Lemme let me know at our first few appointments that I had options other than pulling it for an expensive implant or putting on a pricey veneer!! I had always been told those were my choices. Anyway, I did the treatment (internal bleaching) over several office visits this past summer and have been absolutely thrilled with the result!!! Plus it was so inexpensive I honestly felt like I got triple the value of what I paid. Appointments have been easy to schedule, and I appreciate the text reminders. Overall so happy and would recommend Dr. Lemme to everyone, especially those that need a little calming for dental work!!!

He had to chip that one off that I liked just to find out cuz those chunk of titanium holding my face together didn't ask me before. Okay that's fine. You just let me what the bill was that you made up. You know what he said. Did you know you had a titanium strip underneath your tooth sir? I'm pretty sure I didn't need to know please send me the bill. Have a nice day. I smile on the way out for an interior product. Pat yourself on the back will you. I asked his outfit. They looked at that tooth in the back 6 weeks ago. Now they want to make a big production out of grinding off a little bit dude. I fixed it 120, wet and dry. I'm just looking for a new dentist you owe me for that front tooth. That's the way I see it. You can grind out the back one without a day's stay.
