We went with them because their price and time frame of 10-12 days(this is the problem) were reasonable and a couple of people we knew recommended them. So on Aug 13th one of his workers comes by and measures the opening for the door and takes a deposit down for the job. Cool , in two weeks this should all be done and taken care of. Two weeks go by without a call. Called them and was told that he was waiting for the glass stone from his supplier. Ok so we wait another week and call again and are told that the glass will be in that Friday(Sept 6th). Good, then it should be done by the beginning of the following week. Waited another week and still received no call about the glass. So called again only to be told that his installer is in Virginia (wth?) Since it's already two weeks later we ask about a small discount for the inconvenience only to be told that these things take time. Without going into all the calls let's just say his installer has been having one hell of a string of bad luck (sarcasm). Everything from a death in the family to personal sickness. I'd like to know how the owner is running his business with only one installer apparently. Sufffice it to say it is now Nov. 2nd and still no glass in the door. Supposedly it's going to happen this coming Tuesday, but I'll believe it when I see it. This wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the fact that it's my neighbor's door not ours so we always have to go let them know when it possibly might happen only to say they're not coming. So in closing, I'd say stay away from them at all costs. It isn't worth the aggravation. Things start out smoothly enough but then go south quickly. During this whole ordeal not once can I remember them actually calling us to let us know what's going on. It's always us.
