We bought a new 5th wheel from Blue Compass in Redmond, OR despite previously having had a terrible experience with Blue Dog RV, and having options much closer to home BECAUSE of the PEOPLE and how we were treated by salesperson Emily Gordon, the Manager, Mike Johnston. It is clear that they love their business and are committed to professionalism and treating their customers right. They answered all our questions and made us a solid offer on the unit that ticked all of our boxes. So much so that we were comfortable enough to put down our deposit over the phone then drive 4 hours to do paperwork and our walk though. Jen helped us with the financing. We enjoyed a fantastic meal at a great Mexican Restaurant (Caramel) recommended by Emily. The next day, Makenzie gave us a very complete tour of our new RV! She is knowledgeable and went above and beyond to give us pointers not found in the owners manual based upon her commitment and experience. It is unfortunate that the name is so similar because they deserve a blue ribbon and 5 gold stars.

Had the slide seals replaced - itʻ was not fitted properly and the sealer hangs over the slide. Donʻt go here, youʻll be more than sorry. I would give this place a zero if I could.

Ryan first showed us a used Newmar New Aire that we really loved, but he didn't have one available at the time. He was still incredibly helpful and generous with his time. If we were purchasing again, we would absolutely go through him. Unfortunately, we ended up purchasing from the world's largest Newmar dealer in Florida, and the experience there was abysmal and expensive. We drove from Florida to Oregon (home) for a 6 week trip and took a couple small trips. After compiling a big list of necessary repairs, we returned to Beaver for service. That took about 5 months, though we weren't in a hurry and it seems they were very thorough. Nine months after initial purchase, we scheduled a paid walkthrough with their specialist, Aaron Pierce. That experience made a huge difference. Aaron took the time to walk us through details we didn't even realize we needed to know--things that would have made our earlier trips much easier and more enjoyable. Even when leaving, Aaron, Jaime, and Ryan all made sure we knew how to reach them if there were questions or issues. Arriving back at home, we had questions on AGS settings and Aaron has been very responsive via text messaging. Overall, Beaver Coach Sales has been helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to support us even when they didn't make the original sale. That says a lot about their team.

We really felt like the dealer's primary emphasis was to get the sale and get rid of us. The delivery walk-thru on our last coach was to be three hours if we took delivery during the week or two hours if we took deliver on a Saturday. I guess I learn faster on Saturdays. Beaver Coach Sales offered "as much time as I wanted" for the delivery walk-thru. Put it this way, Beaver Coach Sales treated us like we have been treated at the Mother Ship (Newmar factor service department in Nappanee, IN). The entire process was respectful and enjoyable. Beaver Coach Sales did everything they promised to do, including verbal promises. They worked closly with Newmar to get two Freightliner chassis issues fixed before we took delivery. Everyone is an expert in their area and understand who to direct your questions to if they can't answer your question(s). Lindsay is the consummate salesman, very relaxing to talk to. Travis worked with Lindsay to get the "extra things" accomplished. Stepahnie always greated us with a warm smile and a true desire to help. Shu, the busines manager; based on their attitudes Shu and Lindsay must have been brothers. Service!, also known as Becky, is someone we all need to get to know. They told us that they had not yet looked at it but would in a day or two...Husband picked up camper on October 1. He had to wait for them to install $27 part in refrigerator....he bought a clasp for mirror in waiting room....they hadn't bothered with even though it was on the list and lastly they couldn't find a controller for our jacks as the camper is old.Husband got on Amazon and found a universal controller for $176. Our bill was $573.78. Basically they charged us for storage of our camper doing nothing except they did fix refrigerator...probably could have had a new refrigerator we won't be back.

They stood by their original recommendation to reseal parts of the roof. As I said earlier I had two RV service professionals including a contractor who does nothing but fix RV roofs disagree withCamping World's assessment. One even suggested that perhaps they hadn't even looked at the roof. I had shared photos taken of the roof's damage to support their assessment. The bottom line is that Camping World did nothing to correct the problem. They had indicated that at least they would reimburse me for their inspection. Despite reaching out to Camping World corporate and even opening a case through Marcus Lemonis' office, I never received any follow-up. Was my RV eventually sold? Yes, but not without significant financial loss, misleading information, and being treated poorly throughout the process. Occasionally the part is a fluke, but they've always been fair and helpful. This is my go-to store. Highly recommend if you want good advice and decent auto/trailer/tractor parts at a good price. If you need a random auto shop employee to validate your woke liberal insecurities, look elsewhere.
