We had a really positive experience with Beaver Coach Sales, even though we didn't initially…read morepurchase our RV from them. Ryan first showed us a used Newmar New Aire that we really loved, but he didn't have one available at the time. He was still incredibly helpful and generous with his time. If we were purchasing again, we would absolutely go through him. Unfortunately, we ended up purchasing from the world's largest Newmar dealer in Florida, and the experience there was abysmal and expensive. We drove from Florida to Oregon (home) for a 6 week trip and took a couple small trips. After compiling a big list of necessary repairs, we returned to Beaver for service. That took about 5 months, though we weren't in a hurry and it seems they were very thorough. Nine months after initial purchase, we scheduled a paid walkthrough with their specialist, Aaron Pierce. That experience made a huge difference. Aaron took the time to walk us through details we didn't even realize we needed to know--things that would have made our earlier trips much easier and more enjoyable. Even when leaving, Aaron, Jaime, and Ryan all made sure we knew how to reach them if there were questions or issues. Arriving back at home, we had questions on AGS settings and Aaron has been very responsive via text messaging. Overall, Beaver Coach Sales has been helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to support us even when they didn't make the original sale. That says a lot about their team.

Long story short we called the third week of September and told them we needed it by October 1. They told us that they had not yet looked at it but would in a day or two...Husband picked up camper on October 1. He had to wait for them to install $27 part in refrigerator....he bought a clasp for mirror in waiting room....they hadn't bothered with even though it was on the list and lastly they couldn't find a controller for our jacks as the camper is old.Husband got on Amazon and found a universal controller for $176. Our bill was $573.78. Basically they charged us for storage of our camper doing nothing except they did fix refrigerator...probably could have had a new refrigerator we won't be back.

Update: After reading my Yelp review the service manager at…read moreAll Seasons called me. Apparently he just took over as the service manager a few weeks prior. He was friendly and he wanted to make the situation right. I took my trailer back in to All Seasons and met with the service manager to talk about what needed to be done to take care of the warranty work correctly. It was a lot better experience than I had previously when dropping my trailer off and he told me it would be ready within a week. The work was done within the time he told me and the service manager met me when I came in to pick up my trailer. We took a look at the work that was done and he explained what they did to fix it. The work was ok but there is still some bubbles on the roof seal on two of the three edges that they worked on but I think I can live with it. I am glad that they were willing to make it right and the new service manager sounds like he is trying to improve the quality of work and service in the service department.

Donnie spent all the time needed to help us pick the right trailer to fit our needs. We never felt rushed. He patiently answered all of our questions and showed us so many they all blended together. He took us back to make a top three list and we went back and forth until we settled on the perfect one for us. We settled on a very fair price and we are very happy. Everyone we have dealt with so far has been great! Right from the start we felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer. I was shocked to read some of these reviews and I can tell you it is the absolute 100 percent opposite of our experience with Big Country. Look folks you're buying an Rv, camper or trailer. These aren't pianos or fine woodwork finish carpentry pieces. All of them are made as light as possible with minimalist materials. They aren't meant to be your house. Little things are going to break or need to be adjusted and maintained regularly. Its part of the deal. I contacted Camping World as they suggested regarding my complaint. They indicated that they had…read moredone their evaluation and it was a difference in a matter of opinion from the people who subsequently inspected the roof. They stood by their original recommendation to reseal parts of the roof. As I said earlier I had two RV service professionals including a contractor who does nothing but fix RV roofs disagree withCamping World's assessment. One even suggested that perhaps they hadn't even looked at the roof. I had shared photos taken of the roof's damage to support their assessment. The bottom line is that Camping World did nothing to correct the problem. They had indicated that at least they would reimburse me for their inspection. I have not received a reimbursement (two weeks later). I would be careful in using Camping World to inspect your motorhome
