Chad & Valyn Tucker and family were so knowledgeable and helped us understand anything if we had questions. The pool itself is absolutely beautiful. The quality of the vinyl liner is exceptional and the color we chose looks stunning in our backyard. The tanning ledge has been a huge hit with everyone in the family--it's the perfect spot to relax and cool off without being fully submerged...and to let our pups swim around in. A major reason we chose Pools & Projects was a review from a neighbor that knew them. The also took on a specialized addition of adding a handicap lift. They looked into and determined the right company and item to purchase that waa incredibly sturdy and easy to operate. It has allowed my elderly mother to safely and comfortably enjoy the pool with us, which has been a true joy. The protective pool cover has also been a game-changer. It's incredibly easy to operate and it has kept our pool pristine, reducing the amount of cleaning and maintenance we've had to do. Honestly, I dont even recall too much of any maintenance. I feel like it truly takes care of itsself. I feel confident that our pool will be well-protected during the off-season as well after being able to watch their closing and opening of our pool for this summer's new season, a full year later.
