Another thing to mention is price, they quoted far below the other companies that quoted me. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled pool company, use them!! Pools & Projects Review Fantastic Summers in our Pools &…read moreProjects Vinyl Pool! We had our Pools & Projects vinyl pool installed in early Summer 2024 and we couldn't be happier with the results! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with from the initial consultation to the final installation. Chad & Valyn Tucker and family were so knowledgeable and helped us understand anything if we had questions. The pool itself is absolutely beautiful. The quality of the vinyl liner is exceptional and the color we chose looks stunning in our backyard. The tanning ledge has been a huge hit with everyone in the family--it's the perfect spot to relax and cool off without being fully submerged...and to let our pups swim around in. A major reason we chose Pools & Projects was a review from a neighbor that knew them. The also took on a specialized addition of adding a handicap lift. They looked into and determined the right company and item to purchase that waa incredibly sturdy and easy to operate. It has allowed my elderly mother to safely and comfortably enjoy the pool with us, which has been a true joy. The protective pool cover has also been a game-changer. It's incredibly easy to operate and it has kept our pool pristine, reducing the amount of cleaning and maintenance we've had to do. Honestly, I dont even recall too much of any maintenance. I feel like it truly takes care of itsself. I feel confident that our pool will be well-protected during the off-season as well after being able to watch their closing and opening of our pool for this summer's new season, a full year later. Overall, our experience with Pools & Projects ( HTTPS://POOLSANDPROJECTS.COM ) has been top-notch. They delivered on every promise and created a beautiful, functional, and accessible pool that has become the centerpiece of our summer. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a new pool!

The rep, Scott, I spoke with was to give me a call with a quote which never happened. I called them 3 separate times and each time I was promised a call back which never happened. How does a company survives with this type of service is beyond me. If this is how this company operates I would hate to see the shit show performing a project. Needless to say, I decided to go elsewhere.

We also provided an undermount sink for them to attach. At the time, they indicated they had difficulty attaching the sink, so it took a few extra days for it to be ready for pick up. We paid $506.22 at the time. This weekend, the sink fell off the countertop. Since this was installed in a rental unit and Out of the Woods is not open on the weekend, we had to pay a handyman $250 to fix. Out of the Woods indicates they will not guarantee the sink install that they did in 2021 because it was a fabrication only. They indicate whoever installed should have used clips. This was not communicated to us at the time and nowhere in the very long list of Terms & Conditions that we signed off on does it indicate they don't guarantee fabrication work and nowhere on the detailed invoice with specs and detailed info regarding work done does it indicate anything additional is needed to support the sink. Very, very disappointed as we feel we were seriously overcharged at the time since we provided the granite and sink and all they had to do was the backsplash and sink cut out and attach the sink. We really feel taken advantage of.

Within minutes of his arrival Ryan pinpointed the source of the smell, which was our mini split. Our HVAC company cleaned that system today and so far so good. I would highly recommend Floodsmen! Buyer beware. This…read morecompany doesn't just have poor customer service--they appear to retaliate against customers who leave honest negative reviews. We spent nearly $9,000 on a patio cover after explaining that durability was extremely important because we have large dogs. Nobody bothered to tell us the support posts were thin aluminum that dent incredibly easily. Nobody bothered to tell us the gutter opening was so small that it's nearly impossible to clean and is lined with sharp metal edges. When we first reported these issues years ago, we were essentially told, "Too bad." One owner even admitted the gutter design had been a known flaw for over 20 years. Twenty years. Yet they continue selling it without disclosing the issue to customers beforehand. Fast forward to this year. The gutter is still impossible to clean. Leaf blower? Doesn't work. Hose? Doesn't work. Pressure washer? Doesn't work. The only way to remove debris is by reaching into the tiny opening with your hands, which has resulted in my husband cutting himself multiple times on the sharp metal. Two months ago we called because the patio cover was still under warranty. We were told a work order would be submitted and someone would contact us. Nobody ever did. So today we called again. The first employee agreed that our gutter didn't sound right and told us it should have around 3 to 4 inches of clearance. He said he'd submit another work order. Less than ten minutes later, my husband got a call from management. Not to schedule the repair. Not to apologize. Not to honor the warranty. Instead, he was told they would NOT service our patio cover because I left an honest negative Google review years ago. Think about that for a second. Their response wasn't, "Let's make this right." It was, "You criticized us, so we're refusing to help you." That tells you everything you need to know about this company's integrity. They had multiple opportunities over the years to fix this issue, earn back our trust, and prove they stand behind their work. Instead, they chose pettiness over professionalism. A good company isn't defined by never making mistakes. It's defined by how it handles them. Kool Breeze has repeatedly shown that once they have your money, accountability goes out the window. Spend your money elsewhere. There are plenty of contractors who actually stand behind their work instead of punishing customers for telling the truth.
