The turn around time is usually within a few days. Whenever we drop something off we always pick it up later than expected and never have an issue. Items always come back clean. The staff is friendly and because theyre organized we havent lost an item. There is also plenty of parking. So if your new to the area these guys do an excellent job! I asked to speak to someone to rectify the situation, the declined to speak with me. I will file a small claims due to the unprofessionalism. This company treats Black patrons with disrespect, they lied about the mishandling of my clothing that ultimately led to it being ruined, and made insults as I left the establishment.

They're are a such sweet couple and have fantastic customer service!! They tried to find a button for my jacket, steamed my dress shirt one day for me in 10 minutes bc I don't like any wrinkles when I go to work:) I also have a very busy life and sometimes forget things, they remind me so kindly. They work so hard and take pride in their business, and have fantastic prices. They are clean and get all my food stains (from work like ketchup coffee etc.) out of my clothes. I recommended this place for all laundry drop off and dry cleaning needs. Thank you two so much!! (When I say all stains what I mean is: I try and get stains out at work when it happens, this couple does their best but don't expect a set in stain to come completely out and it look like a new article or clothing people! I mean they're miracle workers so if they can't do it, it probably can't be done. Be gracious and tip!;) )

Foolish of me to think a dry cleaning business can handle taking care of leather product's . I've called this establishment before I went to drop off my coach purse, some liquids had spilled in it so I wanted to get it professionally cleaned. I had called them in advance if they can do this, the supervisor I spoke to directly she said yes they can. That they have a specialist , and I was happy to hear. I reached them , took my purse there and explained the situation of how I wanted it cleaned, especially inside. She said sure no problem , assuring me that their "specialist" would get it done, and I'll get back in two weeks. No problem. I went back two weeks later, excited to collect my purse, for them to give me back an old worn looking purse, looked nothing like how I gave them. Mind you I just purchased this purse brand new like 5 months ago. When I had explained/ asked why it looked like this. The manager wasn't friendly at all and was looking and talking to me like I was dumb and didn't know what I was talking about. She just kept saying " yea it's clean" , "leather doesn't look the same after you clean it" , false because I've seen how it looks clean, and it doesn't get back raggedy or worn. I even brought my mom purse to show comparison of how it looks side by side , they def spoiled the look. The supervisor should have perhaps told me a disclaimer or something. I don't know what cheap leather specialists they used, but future customers just be aware! And don't bring any leather items to get cleaned by them! Especially with their non chalant attitude they gave, clearly not giving AF. Highly disappointed as it was my first luxury purse purchase and they ended up spoiling it.

Extremely clean; lots and lots of washers and dryers. While I was waiting for my clothes to finish washing, the worker came over to me and handed me 50 cents for the dryer - the first 16 minutes of drying is free! What a fantastic gesture! They also offer the first cup of soap for free but I opted to use my own. This was the most relaxed and peaceful experience at a laundromat! lol If I am ever in need of a laundromat again, I will definitely be coming back to this one! :D

He said "the driver, Mike" will call to arrange pick up. He called a few minutes later, I told him to knock/ring and I'll get him the bags. I brought two of the three bags out and popped back inside to grab a third. When I came back, the bags were gone. No knock/ring or "hey, can I take these?" Nothing, just gone. Then 2 minutes later I get a text from some other named laundry company, telling me I have to Venmo or Zelle him $48. WHAT???? He hadn't even had time to weigh the bags. I had spoken on the phone to TWO men. They said nothing of any of this. They were changing the terms of the agreement. I called Elio on the store phone line, or so I thought. He then told me he sold the company to Mike the driver, and deal with him. He said that he is just doing the laundry work for Mike, but it's Mike's company now. Then he told me he isn't in the store, or even in the state. I tell him I don't like deal being changed, and I don't have their payment methods, and to just bring the bags back. He told me I will have to PAY THEIR MINIMUM, $25 to get my clothing back!!!!! When I objected, he started mouthing off to me. I hung up and called the local Police, who sent a car over. They took care of it. The infractions were clear: - They took the bags without notice (not even all the bags I had) - They changed the agreement after the fact. - They tried to create an illegal bailment with my property. You can't make this stuff up!

They picked up around 10/10:30am and I got my laundry back at 4:30pm. The person who came to pick up was also very kind and paid attention to my laundry requests.
