If they call it's usually "I'm here in front of your house!" What a gentleman! Was done in an hour. Perfect installation. Could not have been more thorough in explaining care and maintenance. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I hired this company to paint my…read morekitchen cabinets on Dec 19th. The crew showed up, were prompt and semi friendly. The kitchen was basically closed off for two weeks, I'd peek in occasionally and from what I could see everything looked fine. Upon completion I received several phones calls one after another and 2 emails saying the job was done and they wanted payment. I rushed over to my house walked through it, it was dark by then. From what I could see it looked great, something seemed off but I couldn't quite figure it out. I just figured I needed to adjust to having white cabinets. I paid Tony and signed whatever paperwork. The next morning I went out to the kitchen and looked it over closer, the walls where the cabinets met were very sloppy, not caulked, the corners of the cabinets were not caulked before being sprayed, leaving huge gaps. The paint on the boxes was smeared and bubbly and had a yellow tint to them. I have photos and you can see them on their Facebook, under reviews. I emailed Tony immediately after really seeing the work. He stated he would fix it. I cancelled the remaining payment on the check because I didn't trust them. Any company that would do this to someone's cabinets in my mind really can't be trusted and clearly do not know what they're doing. Tony sent a worker out, he was supposed to send his son but apparently there was some sort of emergency, so he sent someone else. The guy came out assessed the situation and said it would be a lot more work than they anticipated, and stated the painting of the doors was "rushed and chaotic" After going back and forth for over a week trying to get Tony to give me an exact plan I finally submitted and said if they would go away I would agree not to leave negative reviews and let this all go. After having another company come in and fix everything (which basically entailed do the kitchen all over again) I see what quality work looks like. Using this company was a huge mistake, please don't make the same mistake I did. Do your research. I have plenty of photos of the botch job they did to my cabinets. She gave us a list of places to go to pick a slab and we found what we wanted. She kept us informed with updates on installation, delivery and cost. Kurt (the owner) came out and measured and did the fabricating and installation. He was punctual, professional and great to work with. I can't afford to redo my whole counter at the moment, but I needed just a fairly small piece of stone--about 1.5 sq ft--for a countertop addition. Even for my tiny project they discussed my needs in detail and suggested a necessary adjustment I would have overlooked. I am beyond grateful. Now I have a beautiful custom piece of stone putting the rest of my laminate counters to shame, and reminding me of who to call when I can afford to redo the rest... Their warehouse and workshop is open to the public, because why wouldn't you want to show off such excellent workmanship? They have all the options you could dream of, and all at unbeatable prices. Just had the most gorgeous kitchen peninsula installed for WAY WAY less than I would have thought…read morepossible. The install was incredibly fast and incredibly through. Like, I told them they didn't have to re-attach the corbels under the overhang because I planned to paint them first, and they, without any prompting on my end, sanded the old glue off the backs of the corbels so they'd be easier for me to re-attach later! Where do you find service like that anymore?! Plus the warehouse staff went to incredible lengths to help me find just exactly the stone I wanted- and their remnants are HUGE so I could get much better stone than I should have been able to afford. Someday when I can fix up the horrible old vanity in the upstairs bathroom I'll be happy to return to these folks for it.

They are detail-oriented and really care about perfection. Worth mentioning that this was part of a bigger renovation that was ordered through Minnesota Rusco, a now-defunct company that left me with some unfinished business. I'm pretty sore at Minnesota Rusco, but Stoneworx got their end of the job done very satisfactorily. When Rusco went under, Joe from Stoneworx reached out to me to let me know that if I had any issues (which I don't, after two months) I could connect with them directly. I love my countertop and my new sink, and I would highly recommend contacting Stoneworx directly for this kind of work.
