I was confident that we had made the right choice in helping us resolve what had been a stressful event in our lives. After the job was finished, I wrote a nice review, thanking him for his commitment to good work and for his professionalism. Shortly after Taylor and his crew left, we noticed that seam where the drywall has been repaired was breaking apart. We called him thinking he would immediately send someone out to patch the work. Taylor refused to even come back and look at the work. Instead he claimed that we probably have structural damage that's causing the tear in the seam. You've got to be kidding me! I was and still am appalled with his reaction. Clearly it was all just about managing the dollars-he did not want the cost of re-work. Not only did he fail to create a positive customer experience- I will never refer Lanier Home Restoration, he also revealed his lack of integrity and by extension the integrity of Lanier Home Restoration. Don't use them. They will tell you they care, but it's not true. This type of conduct is why this industry has such a poor reputation.
