I initially was trying to do business with other mortgage companies but after a while of searching…read moreI ended up looking at the reviews for this company and was pretty intrigued at the high ratings so I decided to give this a shot. Afterwards I was referred to this mortgage company by my realtor and was connected to Derek Mass. My experience from offer to closing has been nothing short of amazing! Even through times of doubt to almost backing out to eventually negotiating for higher escrow credit, Derek has been with me through every step of the way. He was always receptive and punctual with all my questions, and when it came to the difficult ones he met up with the rest of his colleagues to try to find the best possible answer for me. He was always supportive and respectful of my schedule and availability and really tried his best to give me what I wanted in terms of getting my interest rates fixed, extending the deadlines, etc. His attitude was top notch as well. Would recommend this to ANYONE looking for a mortgage lender in California. Make sure to hit up Derek Mass, he'll make sure to give first timers like me a very accommodating house buying experience.

I called to learn what kind of insurance we would need as we have just started a non profit group for youth athletic fundraising. From the start Ray acted as if we wouldn't be able to afford a $1500/year policy, and sounded aggravated he even had to speak to me. Rather than answer my questions he informed me that we do not meet their "client profile" and then hung up on me when I asked him what their "client profile" was. Completely rude and terrible service.

Firstly, these guys gave a good quote to begin with and if the other agency had been honest, these guys would have easily beaten it. Unfortunately, they did not cover my wedding ring, but they were able to refer me to an online resource who did insure it for what I was paying in the past. Other than that, they offer the same awesome products and shop around tons of A+ rated companies you may never have heard of, but that are good. I love that these guys are right nearby and love this area as much as we do. They were supercool about knowing that I had skipped on them the first time and was crawling back in shame and completely took care of me. They know and understand the area (important for mortgage insurance) and I would totally recommend them to anyone!
