My exit was handled very badly, my cancellation document, which I signed and have a copy of, was never sent to the insurer, so weeks later I had to call the insurer directly and get that taken care of myself. But this wasn't the only time, many times in the past I could never get my agent to call me back. I guess she was off chasing big commercial real estate deals, and we private homeowners are too small to care about? I make some progress, then they stop following up. You would almost think it is there game plan. They should not have a license.

The women in the office would not call me back. Gaston himself promised to call me several times to resolve the matter and provide customer service, this went on for 5 months and still to this day I have never spoken to Gaston. Complete disaster of an office 2) The various ladies in the office were of no help and did not call back. They blamed the 4 price increases over the 5 months were "COMPUTER ERROR." Admitted State Farm was wrong and DEMANDED I PAY OR THEY WOULD "CANCEL MY POLICY IN 2 DAYS." Being concerned, I called the 1-800 number and spoke to a manager who stated what they told me is NOT TRUE and my policy would not cancel. Basically they used an illegal industry tactic and lied to me. Very condescending on the phone and of no assistance. 3) Use lame excuses to justify why my policy was raised 4 times in 5 months without any accidents or claims.
