She gave us her honest opinions with every house viewing and never tried to "sell" us the house; she truly cared for finding a home that worked for us. She is super knowledgeable, professional, supportive, (and the list goes on) overall a fantastic realtor! We highly recommend working with Rachael and have recommended her to our close friends.

She is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of home purchasing and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. I would think of a question late in the evening, send an email, and would have a response shortly after. We also had a situation where the seller was willing to provide us with additional closing credit if we moved the closing date, which we couldn't accommodate because the lease where we were renting was ending and someone else was moving in. She called our landlord and somehow convinced him to let us stay longer and delay the other person moving in (magic?). Rachael puts a lot of effort into finding homes you will like based on the descriptions you give her. She was so spot on with us that we bought the first home we saw with her! During the walkthrough she was very honest about what work would need to be done on the house and it was completely in-line with what the inspection said. Trust her instincts, she knows what she's doing and she wants you to be happy with your first home. We cannot recommend her enough.

We almost wanted to move back in after we saw them. He took great care to present our house in the best possible light at the proper time. This is probably the easiest review of a person or product I have even written. I met Joyce by…read morechance when I first starting looking at homes 5 months ago. From the moment we met, I knew Joyce was the type of agent I was hoping to find as a buyer. I was looking for something very specific, I had an image in my mind and I did not think it existed after looking at dozens of houses. Joyce knew exactly what I was hoping to find and did not give up looking, scheduling tours and getting me into properties quickly. I was a tough client, but Joyce took it all in stride and always answered my calls and text (even at 11:30 pm). At one point during my search, Joyce broke her leg and was in a cast. One would expect this to affect a persons ability to walk around and show homes. Not Joyce, she would always have someone drive her to the homes and would trek around in this big goofy looking boot, snow and all. Many times, I was unable to attend open houses due to scheduling conflicts. Joyce would go and FaceTime me, she was always spot on and never hesitated to say "this is not the house for you". Because of the time spent searching, Joyce became more than just and agent but also a friend. Her husband even got involved in my home search as he would do FaceTime tours when Joyce was unable to do stairs. I often would ask him to come in to a house and ask his opinion when he was just there as Joyce's driver due to her injury. I am and was always amazed at Joyce's level of professionalism, her ability to get me into homes even when the selling agents did not want to accommodate the request. I met dozens of agents at open houses and private viewings over the months, they all seemed to know Joyce and had nothing but wonderful things to say about her. After what has seemed like forever, we finally found a home that checked off every box in what I was hoping to find. I knew the moment I stepped in this was the home I envisioned. Luckily, the selling agent was Jeff Mateus whom I met looking at a few other properties and was very friendly with Joyce. While the seller was extremely difficult to deal with, Joyce and Jeff made the transaction as easy as possible. When closing day came, I met Joyce at my attorneys office. While it was an exciting time, it was also bittersweet as my daily calls and text with Joyce would now be ending. After all the paperwork had been signed, we left and Joyce met me back at the house to take some pictures. This is the point at which most agents move on, not Joyce. I've had numerous things that had to be repaired or were scheduled to be delivered. Joyce has always gone to the house to let people in for me. Joyce even went over just the other day to sit for over an hour while a contractor was there so my daughter would not be alone in the home with him. I could go on and on about why Joyce is the best real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have purchased and sold many homes in my life, Joyce is truly the first agent I completely trusted and completely respected her opinions. Even my mortgage banker commented on how pleasant and knowledgeable Joyce is. She took it upon herself to call him early on in the process and introduce herself. When you are a client of Joyce's it is not just a job to her, she truly cares. So, whether you are selling or buying, you really should call Joyce if you want to have a great experience. I was not asked to write a review nor am I being compensated for these words. I just feel the level of professionalism Joyce offers, should not go unnoticed.
