My appointment day came and before I left work to go to appointment I was injured and had to go to the emergency room so I called them to let them no I will not make it cause I got hurt and could not even sit in their chair. The lady said well now you have to wait until the last week of Christmas before we can give you a cleaning cause we are booked.
