I brought my bike in for what I thought would be just a tune up only to learn that my gear shifters were also broken and needed replacing. What I thought was going to be only a tune up, turned out to be a bigger job with other little things needing fixing. I decided it was worth the price, otherwise I would have an unusable bike in my garage. It took under a week and my bike fixed and was as good as new. The cost was about $200 for the tune up, shifter replacement, grip replacement & labor. Now my bike is ready to go! Great job! Noelle stuck it out with me for the longest time, and was skillful at styling me and finding shoes, handbags and even lovely jewelry pieces to go with the outfits. My experience with the Carquest here was brief and sweet. I knew what part I needed to fix my tail light, and he popped back to his inventory to get it. Total cost of the part? $1.08. How pleasant to not be gouged. I offered him $2 bucks, and either from his lack of change or the kindliness in his heart, he just took $1 dollar and we were square. The only weird thing is that this place is kind of in a weird location, I ended up going down an alley street that I thought was the backside of public storage warehouses, but one of these warehouses was Carquest. Anyway, this place was what I hoped for in an auto store: quick, practical, and affordable. I'd come back here for other parts/fluids for my car.
