Your practice is shady, nontransparent and unprofessional. I emailed you a while back after I got…read morethe bill saying I owe $XXX for the 2-3 freeze blows/sprays on my right foot and right thumb warts. Never once did Dr. "Name" mention that I will get charged for those treatments and if I still want to go forward with it. I told the staff in that email that I was not informed by that doctor or the staff out front that the treatment would cost and how much the cost is. Once I asked for consultation about my warts, Dr. "Name" just took a can of freeze something and started spraying at my warts, saying this treatment should help and I should come back in a couple weeks for continuing treatment. I thought it was part of the office visit (since I was NEVER EVER informed otherwise and was lead to believe that way). Dr. "Name" also made me uncomfortable with his "jokes" and the way he talks as if we're close friends and this wasn't my first time meeting him. $XXX is not much but it's the principle that made me refuse to pay you guys all these months. God forbid you guys will not trick other patients like you have with me, but who knows? Edit: my ex wrote this under my name. Not sure if the warts still exist. I sometimes like to speculate that they've spread making it difficult for her new significant other to maintain eye contact with her and that there is a special place in Hell for people that flame a family practice for trying to be friendly.

I have been seeing Dr. Shirman since I was 3 or 4 years old & will never switch primary care…read moredoctors unless I move states & have to. Dr. Shirman truly cares about his patients & goes the extra mile with them. He'll sit & listen as long as you need him to, cares about his patients concerns, & gets to know his patients outside of their medical history even remembering details they've shared about their lives. He's extremely knowledgeable, incredibly good at what he does, & very friendly & personable. He makes going to the dr's feel like grabbing coffee with an old friend you haven't seen in a while. Also, although sometimes an appointment needs to be scheduled somewhat in advance, if you have an urgent situation, his receptionist Sue will do what she can to get you in as soon as possible. Seriously could go on & on about how great of a doctor & person he is & what a great staff he has, definitely would recommend him.

This has to be the WORST 'clinic' I have ever had the sorry experience to patronize..Absolutely…read moreclueless staff, and even more amateur medical professionals. From 'scared' doctors (they just HAVE to be new to the medical field), to medical support staff that have to be 'hand-led' to accomplish the most basic requests..I would give them zero stars (if possible).

Care is great BUT BILLING IS AWWFUL…read more Complaint sent to BBB Operation for a hysteroscopy on 3/1/24 at St. Anne., Burien WA - Paid for lab work before operation - Paid for out of pocket expense which was a little over $1100 - Got billed and paid for additional expenses from operation, preop and postop room which amounted to $1200 - Got billed and paid for the camera - I keep getting bills that do not make sense nor to they add up --- Ex: Bill that was summarized as the name of the operation called the Hysteropscopy that was about $2000 and insurance paid but I was billed for $75. I talked to the Customer Support and they told me to not worry about it bc it was pending. I asked them for the entire bill of services and asked CS if there are any more, and CS said no I told them if I see more bills, I am calling the insurance to investigate. The $75 was magically paid in full ---Now I got ANOTHER bill called peri-operation. I have never heard of this. Even when CS said there were no more bills. This time, they did not bill the insurance when I threatened to have the insurance investigate them I think CHI-Franciscan is making bogus charges and now they are just charging me for anything or their billing dept is just REALLY bad at math. They need to be investigated.

I went into see Dr Bokhari at her request for my female preventative care. She did not code it that…read moreway even though I had had a previous phone call with her nurse and was assured it would be coded as preventative since I was being seen for two other minor medical concerns. When I got a bill for this visit I began to question why I got billed for a preventative female procedure. It gets even worse then that. Dr Bokhari charted it as a repeat female procedure which it wasn't. I have been trying to correct the error in my records for over four months. Dr Bokhari is still refusing to correct the error in her charting and recode as preventative. Dr Bokhari has been negligent handling this in a timely manner. She hasn't even offered a conversation or an explanation for her actions. I can never recommend or refer her because this is definitely not a physician with ethics you can count on.

Dr. Marsden cared about my whole picture, family life affecting me, foods & mental health, too. Dr M. Asked questions, didn't assume anything. Didn't waste time, never late especially in the mornings. Didn't make you wait 1 + hours in your room. She apologized IF she was running late(not like my new PCP.
