If you're looking for a primary care physician in Seattle, I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I very much liked…read moreher at first but now realize that either she can not care about her patients at all, or she knowingly works for a clinic that does not care for its patients. She came off strong and sounded like she knew what she was doing. Yet she overdosed me with a med the first month out, I am blind and she changed my meds dosage and did not tell me. She was asked the first visit if she could refer me to an oncologist for cancer followup, it took her 8 months and she could not do it, I finally found an oncologist myself and had to beg for her to send the referral, this also happened with diabetes followup, and other referrals, she never once got a referral the first, second or third time asking, and she constantly sent you to the wrong people, I was giving a referral to prostate cancer, I am female and had breast cancer. She refused for months to set up my meds in script talk a reasonable accommodation for blind individuals. Between her and the pharmacist it took 7 months, once it was finally done, the doctor asked me to bring all the meds I finally got after waiting for 7 months to her office, where her nurse stole them, they all disappeared never to be seen again and no one will say what happened, and it has been 7 weeks and I still don't have replacements for those meds. The list of incompetence with this doctor and her staff is so high, I can not recommend her to anyone, or this whole office and staff.

The initial appointment was timely, my first visit with Dr. Nelson was very informative, he made sure I understood what I was facing and all the risks involved, all that the aftercare would require and all my options. Surgery was scheduled with my own personal medical issues in mind, the surgery went very well and the aftercare has been excellent. I was able to reach the doctors after hours and on weekend very fast and their follow-up care is impressive. The team at Cascade Hernia & surgical Solutions at Meridian Surgery Center are top in their field. I highly recommend them and would go back should I need surgery in the future. A diagnostic mammogram and biopsy need to be done. Orders failed to go through. I was calling based on the order copies. I was finally able to verify an order was received for my mammogram, but it was for a standard scan. I had to reschedule and they were going to work with his office to get the correct order. I got a call from the imaging location that he cancelled my appointment without notifying me. They were concerned as this is all necessary. His office lied to me about why and didn't even acknowledge that they hadn't spoken to me about a change. Neither Dr. Wright (Wrong in my book) or his office can be trusted to prioritize your health.

Then when I asked at front if she was going to order any labs or update my daughter vaccinations the front person said she didn't ordered anything and that she needed to come back for a initial examination bc she was going to do that next appt. What?!! Right?! I was very disappointed of how she handled the exam like downplaying any concerns my daughter had. Saying that a test such an an MRI was too expensive to do etc I really wanted my daughter to have a good experience but it didn't happened. She treated her poorly and made assumptions about her when my daughter came in with PPO insurance. It was discriminatory and bias at least. She left to start her own practice (her current location) so that she could spend quality time with her patients and not be concerned about the pressures of seeing more patients per day in order for the employer to bill insurance more. Dr. Tolo finds out your "story" as opposed to your "family history". She takes a genuine interest in patients and dispenses medical advice with professionalism. I went to him with a laundry list of health issues, he looked at my previous doctors notes, hadn't even looked at the paperwork I had completed or the MultiCare website information I had filled out, he told me I didn't need the treatment he had me on, and sent me on my way to a weight-loss specialist. No testing was done, and when I asked about it, he said he was using the tests that were done a year and a half ago. Yet the illness and the symptoms were still there. It was expensive and I waited months for the appointment. Terrible experience. I was heartbroken and desperate for someone to help me with my health issues. My primary care physician was flabbergasted by Dr Graf's lack of treatment. He left me feeling marginalized and unimportant.
