In fact, he didn't listen to me at all…read more I waited ten weeks for an appointment with him and when I got there, he hadn't read a single word about me; he didn't even know my first name when he walked into the exam room where I'd been (somewhat) patiently waiting for him for thirty-five minutes (he was running 45 minutes late and I was on time). So he spent 10 minutes of our 12-minute appointment reading and scribbling on the lab results and notes that were sent by my regular doctor. Then he spent 2 minutes peppering me with questions, felt my neck for about 10 seconds (I was not there for thyroid!), said, I need to pull some more bloods on you but I don't think there's anything wrong with you, and then left. WTF? Whatever happened to? - bedside manner - taking a complete medical history - reading the notes BEFORE the appointment - looking at me when you're talking to me - educating the patient - common decency He was so rude. They pulled more bloods on me (the same ones I'd had done a week before the appointment, and which were in a lab report under the first one -- he didn't look at them) and the hormone levels were still low but they called me back from his office and said they were normal. Needless to say, I got a second opinion, and that doctor diagnosed low hormone levels and came up with a treatment plan that involved several hormone gels -- and which worked, according to lab reports AND my subjective sense of how I felt. Dr. Failor had been given rave reviews by others I knew, including the doctor who referred me to him, but to me, he was just an ass. Maybe he was having a terrible, terrible day, but having billed my insurance company $400 for that 12-minute visit (that's $2000 an hour, more than my plastic surgeon makes when he's doing intricate surgery!), I think he needs to leave it at the door and deliver excellent care.

I couldn't agree more! I was very impressed by Dr. Forgette's verbally walking me through her evaluation and assessment; her willingness to listen and address any questions; and her openness towards complementary and alternative medicine. There is one doctor and 3 RN's, plus a new doctor for weight-loss patients, so there are a lot of people in and out of this office. I highly recommend Mary Ellen. She is knowledgeable, straight forward, patient and non-judgmental. I switched doctors after my old doctor sent me home with a "Drink more fluids" note when I saw her for the same problem 4 times. Mary Ellen listened to my symptoms and laid out all the possibilities. The only reason it took so long to figure out my condition is because I was describing the symptoms incorrectly. She explains everything in basic terms and is always willing to answer questions. I've seen her for numerous things (sleep trouble, excema, birth control) and she's always taken care of me. It's a great woman-run office and I'm so glad I found them.

My experience was no different. On Aug. 25, 2022, I arrived in suite 104, which is exactly what it says is the location in my attached screen shot. The three ladies -- to term them nicely -- looked at me in anger and disgust, then told me to go down to suite 105. These three ladies were sitting there having nothing more than water cooler talk but couldn't bring themselves to be friendly or even decent enough to explain their need to be rude, when the e-mail clearly says suite 104 and not suite 105. I go down to suite 105. It says to knock to be let in, as the door was locked, or call if no one answers your knock. So I knocked, then called. The same rude, useless front desk staff in suite 104 answered the phone, again, seemingly angry and disgusted they were taken away and made to do their jobs. One completely hung up on me. I called back, the next one told me "you just called," and I told her she just hung up on me -- while I'm sitting in the hallway, waiting to be let in, one door down. She became belligerent, so I hung up on her and walked out. This clinic thinks you need them more than they need you, and that simply isn't the case. Their services and shameful front desk people are a dime a dozen in Seattle. I gladly took my business and money elsewhere, as I will not be treated like garbage, especially when that was my fist appointment -- and last -- ever. I will continue to leave negatively accurate reviews regarding my experience with this clinic. If everyone is saying the same thing, there's obviously a pattern -- a pattern to be avoided.

(Even on weekends and holidays.) If I need to be seen, they can get me in that day or the following day. Annual exams are never hurried, and test results are fully explained. I'm not only getting great care, I'm saving money by avoiding costly emergency room visits. I'm also confident of getting referrals to the best specialists.

She has a appointment in five months with a neurologist but we though this place might help her manage some of the symptoms and feel better before that. It is the only serious medical issue she faces and yet they won't take her explaining they don't have the "band with" to manage her condition. I suspect they have labeled her in advance as a "white whiney woman" - a term male doctors often use to describe female patients who are aggressive in getting help or perhaps they just though she'd cost the practice too much money. Dr Troiano has been my doctor for 9 months. I can not recommend her to anyone. I very much liked…read moreher at first but now realize that either she can not care about her patients at all, or she knowingly works for a clinic that does not care for its patients. She came off strong and sounded like she knew what she was doing. Yet she overdosed me with a med the first month out, I am blind and she changed my meds dosage and did not tell me. She was asked the first visit if she could refer me to an oncologist for cancer followup, it took her 8 months and she could not do it, I finally found an oncologist myself and had to beg for her to send the referral, this also happened with diabetes followup, and other referrals, she never once got a referral the first, second or third time asking, and she constantly sent you to the wrong people, I was giving a referral to prostate cancer, I am female and had breast cancer. She refused for months to set up my meds in script talk a reasonable accommodation for blind individuals. Between her and the pharmacist it took 7 months, once it was finally done, the doctor asked me to bring all the meds I finally got after waiting for 7 months to her office, where her nurse stole them, they all disappeared never to be seen again and no one will say what happened, and it has been 7 weeks and I still don't have replacements for those meds. The list of incompetence with this doctor and her staff is so high, I can not recommend her to anyone, or this whole office and staff.
