I had them remodel my bathroom. They do not know how to tile. They left several chipped tiles in…read morethe shower. They put something on it so it wouldn't be so noticeable. The caulk is so thick every day hunks of it come off. When they tiled the wall where the spout for the tub is they never cut a hole for the fixture, which isn't straight. They never attached the plumbing for the shower head and the tub knobs to the wall they are loose in the wall. When they painted, they never used drop cloths. I had paint all over the new floor, and on the wainscoting. Then they hung the new medicine cabinet on the wet wall. Who puts a new tile floor down with cracked tile, Cube Carpentry does. Every day I see something else that's wrong in that bathroom. I could go on and on but I won't.

He also failed to flag damaged insulation and evidence of a rodent infestation in the attic. The inspection lasted a short 1.5 hours and was not thorough and communication was extremely poor. We only went with him because he used drones for roof inspections, but that proved to be worthless because he didn't even give an estimated age of the roof or its condition, until I followed up with him and asked days later. We are out well over $20k at this point, and he was completely uncooperative and unresponsive when we attempted to discuss all of the above missed issues. Do your research and go with someone more qualified, who actually cares.

I called him multiple times if he picks up the phone he will say I am out side send me text I will call once I am at home office but then he will not call back, yesterday when I called he mentioned he is out side, will be at home office at about 2:00pm and give me a call back. Again I did not receive a call so I called him at about 3:15 pm but he did not answer the call. Finally He did send me the information today and agreed to stop by tomorrow. Appreciate that. Work is good follow up needs some improvement. I will recommend him work wise.
