I wanted to get into skate skiing, but had no idea what to look for so I asked the older gentleman who worked there, Jay, if they had a pair that would be a good fit. Jay picked out these blue atomic RC9s and told me they were skate skis. Then he picked out a pair of boots, and poles. Ignorant at the time, I believed him and bought them. When I found out they were not skate skis and contacted the owner, Rob, about returning them, he explained that their no return/exchange policy did not require them to purchase them back from me.
