From the minute we met, I felt very comfortable . She was easy to talk to and actually reminded me of a dear teacher friend of mine. I always come prepared with research I've done, in case a Dr recommends something I disagree with, but she didn't do that. And she told me I was smart to do my research. We definitely bonded and had a great talk. She recommended some bloodwork, which was fine . Never met such a happy Doctor, since my Dr Cea, who used to make house calls in the Bronx, when I was a kid. I am looking forward to my next visit in December. The staff's instructions and responses to my inquiries were incorrect about 85% of the time. Also they do not use their portal effectively. I complained numerous times and was told the software "does not do that"; however, I have another physician that uses the same software and it is excellent.
