Correspondence was terrible and when they finally responded, they said that they'd give me a refund and fix the screen for free. Only when I went to pick up my laptop the screen was plastic and not glass and the screen was lightly stuck on but would fall off but when I asked them to give me a glass screen and a functioning laptop, I had had enough of the games and left.
