Bought a house that featured a couple of automatic garage doors purchased from this business. I…read morethink the builder just installed them himself. The cables recently failed with one side completely off the spool and one side tangled. The customer service person eventually agreed to take my name and number to hand off to the maintenance crew but no one ever got back to me. I guess they are much more geared toward sales and installation than repair. I'll guess I'll just watch some YouTube videos and try to fix this myself.

I brought the issue to them and they blammed the issue on rust and bad seals, saying that they knew it would leak during their preliminary inspection. This was never mentioned to wife. I explained that there was never any leak with the previous glass or with the temporary plastic that I taped in until the repair could be scheduled, even through multiple rain storms. At this point he said there are alot of issues with the vehicle and hung up. I would advise anyone looking for glass repairs to find anywhere else!
