The cables recently failed with one side completely off the spool and one side tangled. The customer service person eventually agreed to take my name and number to hand off to the maintenance crew but no one ever got back to me. I guess they are much more geared toward sales and installation than repair. I'll guess I'll just watch some YouTube videos and try to fix this myself.

WHen their crew arrived, they had 2 professional trucks, with extensive equipment for cleaning, repairing, and properly sealcoating my asphalt driveway. They took great care to protect my garage and the adjacent landscape, and did a very thorough job of sealcoating. Unlike the other local providers who use an inexpensive, water-based product from a home center, they had a heated tank and applied a bituminous, oil-based asphalt product. It has been my experience that here in Montana, these types of coatings last many years longer than the acrylic-types, and provide superior protection against frost/freeze damage in the winter. Titan was not the cheapest, but I feel I received much more value from their application, as it will last much longer, and the application was perfect. Very highly recommended. Montana owned and operated locally. Professional and clean. Would definitely use them again.

I recently hired Titan to reseal our driveway, and the work was terrible. They made no effort to…read moreprotect surrounding areas, so overspray went everywhere. I spent more than two weeks trying to get them to clean it up. When they finally came out, they did more damage than they fixed. The overspray on the concrete is still visible, and the concrete now needs to be resealed. Stay away. Don't waste your money.
