(luckily, i had a spare old subaru that i could call emergency services to get it jumped) they did call at end of next day to say they were delayed 1 day. (kudos for the communication!) they did show up two days after the 1st one, and replaced a part and fixed the problem. 2 days later, i received an apologetic text telling me that the code they programmed into the door does not work, and gave me an alternative code. i wrote them a text saying that the apology is nice, but maybe they could offer a discount, and miles, the main guy, did! i give them a 4-star because though a few things went wrong, miles continued to communicate, and took complete responsibility for stuff going wrong, not only verbally, and put his $ where his mouth is. i often say that it is WHEN CRAP GOES WRONG YOU SEE A PERSON'S TRUE CHARACTER, AND MILES PASSED THAT TEST W FLYING COLORS! i would definitely use these guys again - especially since if you read the other reviews, you can see that the errors seem to have been a rare occurrence!

The cables recently failed with one side completely off the spool and one side tangled. The customer service person eventually agreed to take my name and number to hand off to the maintenance crew but no one ever got back to me. I guess they are much more geared toward sales and installation than repair. I'll guess I'll just watch some YouTube videos and try to fix this myself.

I brought the issue to them and they blammed the issue on rust and bad seals, saying that they knew it would leak during their preliminary inspection. This was never mentioned to wife. I explained that there was never any leak with the previous glass or with the temporary plastic that I taped in until the repair could be scheduled, even through multiple rain storms. At this point he said there are alot of issues with the vehicle and hung up. I would advise anyone looking for glass repairs to find anywhere else!
