It has died because they did not remove the old topsoil when the old grass was removed, they just sprinkled a thin layer of home store topsoil on top of the hard, packed clay that was there. They did replace some of the sod but that was dead within 10 days in spite of our sticking to a proper watering schedule. You can peel it up like an area rug and the soil underneath it is rock hard. They charged me $1600 and will not make it right or stand behind their work.

Despite multiple messages, I never received a response, and we were left stuck in the contract. To make matters worse, the contract auto-renews. It also took several requests before they finally provided us with a copy of the agreement. Based on my experience, I found this company to be unresponsive, untrustworthy and unethical. I would strongly advise others to not use them!
