Ok, don't ask if the duck is really a duck or if the beef is only fillet but for a few euros you can shoot for the moon. I used to come here often when I was on a student budget. Service is "brisk and efficient" and the owner does not change his set of jokes: I got the same for three whole years. The experience was perfect from the moment we finally set foot inside and got a giant smile of a greeting. And we were promptly handed an English menu, nice. This happened to be our first stop in town, and it was far and above expectations. Talk about a diamond of a find--authentic Thai cuisine, least where one would expect to find it. The service was fantastic. And the food, wow, what can I say. Head and shoulders above all of the Thai restaurants that we've ever had stateside. We had a tom kha kai, duck red curry, and a minced beef with lemongrass and sticky rice dish. All excellent selections. Too bad we're so far apart, otherwise we'd come here all the time.
