Manufacturer 2, stopped making a Front Bumper for my Truck. Crap Baskets. Luckily I found Winch Ready Bumpers only an hour away from my home. Next BAD. They Don't have the Pattern anymore for my Truck, and would have to have my truck TWO weeks (remember this, we'll come back to this point) to Engineer and Build my Custom Front Bumper. Uh, OK. Everything ok for my Tuesday Pick up? uh No, I'm sorry but our Lazer Cutting machine is Broken and we won't receive the parts until Wednesday. AND we will need it for another two weeks. Hmm, Ok, Life Happens. Things Break and need Parts. I was a Business Owner for 22 years and I KNOW how suppliers can screw You AND the Customer Over. This just life and Dixie CALLED me. She Communicated, which is so rare these days. Now, do you want it Rushed or GOOD? Good Please. As two weeks passed Dixie was again in Communication with me on various aspects of the Build/Fitting of my Custom Bumper. Communication instigated on her part. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and was completely curteous. 4 weeks and 2 days later I picked up my Truck. Yes Life Happened, good and bad, but, I received a complete Custom Bumper ALL the Bells and Whistles that I wanted. This Build Was completely worth the wait and price.
