The first individual didn't understand health insurance information and tells me I have a plan that doesn't exist. Carrie hangs up on BCBS who were there to assist to actually verify that THEY were wrong! But hey let's not forget that people are supposed to be treated! Not your ego. To hang up on 2 ppl is rude.

I was really excited to finally try physical therapy and went in with optimism. My first appt was with Jordan which was fine. Pretty routine but I was feeling good about it. However, by the time I left my second appt, which was with Caroline, I was feeling very indifferent. Towards the beginning of my session, I started having a reaction to the cupping she did on my neck, and I expressed my discomfort. It was my first time and didn't know what to expect so she told me to just sit through it. I tried, but I felt myself overheating and about to pass out so I asked her for a fan, and she just laughed at me... then I asked for an ice pack or something to lower my body temp and she resisted giving it to me because it would "mess with the process." I said I'll put it on my forehead since we were working on my neck. She is still hesitant so I eventually just let out a big sigh because now I'm feeling faint and my medical professional is arguing with me about helping me... only then did she say "ok fine I'll go get ice." And proceeded to be short and dismissive for the rest of the visit. But, I remained hopeful so I simply asked not to be scheduled with her anymore. My next three appts were with Brenton and Laura, the only two decent people that I met there (other than front desk). They actually listened to my concerns and requests and were really informative, helpful, and friendly. They wanted to make sure I was feeling good before leaving and I always did. My last two visits with Jordan felt dismissive and condescending. There would be a lot of chatting amongst most of staff in the open rooms, which came across as inattentive at times. Especially when, for the most part, they don't have any intention on including you in the conversation. I just left my last appt with Jordan early because I was told I was princess-y and demanding for asking about using a larger heating pad. Laura had used one for my whole back when I told her it was hurting, or which she said she took note of in my file. At this point I just want to leave so I used the smaller one he already got and finished my last exercise. He proceeded to 'jokingly' ask if I wanted scones too and later handed me my heating pad and 'jokingly' said "here you can carry your own heating pad." That's when I left. All of that to say, if you value professionalism in an environment like this then perhaps look elsewhere. I have never actually taken the time to write a review, but I've never seen anything like this before..

I must say i am extremely pleased with the professionalism and the progress towards becoming pain free that I have experienced already by working with Justin at the hamilton mill location. In the original evaluation, Justin listened to my injury history and asked pertinent questions to uncover the underlying cause of my problem. I went into this believing i had a long standing herniated disc problem, but with careful diagnostic questioning and evaluating, he determined i may actually have a si joint dysfunction instead that radiates pain to my lower back. He and Matt are great- they are awesome at explaining why i am doing the different exercises and stretches. And when I leave in less pain than when I went in, I feel hopeful and happy to finally have a chance to become pain free through following the prescribed treatment.I can' t recommend them highly enough...if you have been living with low back pain for years like I have, consider getting a pt eval and give yourself a chance to become pain free. My only regret is that it didn't occur to me or my dr.'s :( sooner to refer me to pt!

I never dreamed that I would ever be normal again, but I am! I went from being in high paint 24-hours a day for months to being completely pain free! Every single member of the staff is knowledgeable, accessible, friendly, helpful, and concerned. It was truly an enjoyable and therapeutic experience.

Over the past several months, she has proved to be consistently engaged, effective, and insightful, always oriented towards helping me achieve my optimal performance. One crucial area of performance for me is my walking. Irina has worked with me on improving my balance and walking by focusing on the motor control aspect of aligning my body properly and engaging my "core" in the correct sequence. Her therapy has enabled me to improve efficiently which enables me to better improve my own lifestyle. At each visit, Irina assessed my posture and movement patterns, pinpointing issues, areas of improvement, and areas for future improvement. Her analysis has helped me advance my fitness level and remain injury free in both my workouts and at home.
