What a neat event! I…read moredon't have a dachshund but I was able to meet quite a few at Howl-o-Weenie last weekend! Hosted in Brook Run Park in Dunwoody this year, Dream Rescue organizes the event to help dachshunds in need. The event ran from 10 - 4 pm with a ton of fun activities for people and their pets! There were dog races, bobbing for apples (which were really hot dog bites), face licking contests, costume contests, and more! There were a multitude of vendors set up and ways to get involved with Dream Rescue. All of the proceeds went towards assisting the organization and helping to provide foster home and care for weenie dogs in need. Hot dogs, beer, and pimento cheese sandwiches were sold for lunches and the vendor list was pretty impressive - leashes, collars, nail trims, costumes, hair bows, wheelchairs, and more were up for sales as well as an adoptables tent with loving dogs looking for their forever homes. It was incredibly hard not to walk out with one! You could paint a pumpkin with a fun dog theme or just have fun creating your own fall artwork. Dream Rescue also sponsored a 50/50 raffle and a silent auction with items up for bid from around the Atlanta area. The event is held each year in October and helps raise money for a great cause! All of the dogs (and their people) had a great time on a perfect fall day. If you have the time, it's definitely worth checking out next year!

Came today with my 13 yo and paid the birthday all day unlimited. The only 2 activities I wanted to…read moredo was the go karts and rock climbing. In the rock climbing line over 5 mins just a lil boy in front of me. When the attendant starts helping unstrap the current climbers the boys gremlin line jumping sister jumps on front of me. Parents adamant they're together she just got out of line. The attendant just lets the demon goblin go ahead but even after climbing, hitting the buzzer, she continues letting them climb for well over 20 mins. I say something at 1st she's acting like she don't know or remember. Huh? They just climbed off, I said something the moment she ran straight past me. she calls a manager and proceeds to tell the manager she was confused she thought they were my kids. Huh? Why would I be upset her jumping in front of me? You stood there while her parents were adamant she was going ahead of me. The managers like I mean I can throw you like $7 on an arcade card which was pretty insulting considering I paid 25 and only did go carts once a $9 value. Rather discouraging makes you not even wanna do anything there at all. Here's a pic of my kid getting to have the fun I paid for though. Sure wish I couldve just got to enjoy my Friday night. But nope. I get to pay for stuff and not enjoy just get screwed.

Had my daughter's birthday party here on Sunday and I would not recommend to anyone. Although I…read moreknow some of my guests were late we were rushed out of the room by the party "host" and then I was asked to wait in the same room for my bill for atleast fifteen minutes after I was so rudely rushed out of it. She stood in front of the whole party and told my 6 year old she didn't have time to eat her birthday cake. This was after she scolded me in front of the whole party for looking in the cabinet after she left the room with the lighter for the birthday candles. She was not very personable with my daughter at all and could have told my daughter that she could eat her birthday cake at one of the many other tables / booths in the place. (It was not busy yet at all) I still ended up paying full price for the birthday party but I was offered a game card to spend there as an apology I guess. Wouldn't recommend, and have such better party experiences in less room time elsewhere. Overpriced for such a terrible experience

Visited our favorite local trampoline park today! My family loves jumping here it's well…read moremaintained and provides a good hour of fun for my kiddo. Make sure you fill out the waiver ahead to save time. After, a quick safety video you're off to jump! She loves the obstacle course and the basketball run. Even at 6'5, my husband always has a blast jumping and running around too lol. The staff is friendly there is one staff member for each area and they always seem to be watching to make sure rules are followed. Non jumpers can sit in the lounge area, on benches or bleachers to see their jumpers have fun which is great! We had one of my kiddos birthday parties here and I had a whole room I was able to decorate (which I love! I'm the party queen after all!!) and the kids had an absolute blast with pizza and drinks after their jumping time definitely a fun party worth looking into! The party attendant we had was awesome he got me in ASAP to start decorating, helped with serving food/drinks and carried all gifts to the car afterwards. So nice check it out for sure!!!

One of the most ethical guys I know. Howie is the father of Brian and Brad McCann and HE runs the facility and hasn't left to go anywhere. They haven't had teams in years but when they did they were very decorated. Howie even had one of his students make his debut and start three games pitching in the majors this month. My guess is that two of the reviews are from local competitors.

This place is pretty big and not too far from the mall with a great view. A lot of parking spaces usually where there is an event here they have the concession stand up and running and small business selling items as well, depending on what the event consist of. Again, this particular event brought me here because of the jobs there so there were pros and cons lots of volunteers and people to help assist, but if you ask me, it could've been a lot a lot a lot more more organized it lacked badly . I'm not sure if it was not enough volunteers or enough directions that went around the job fair started at 9 AM. It was over at 3 PM. I arrived at around noon made it in pretty quickly and I was instructed where to go. After that, you were pretty much left to fish for yourself no real signs on what was being 100% offered or if you should join the line no information about how many people they were looking to hire per each position or what kind of background would be needed we were just told pretty much. It's a job fair and had to mingle for ourselves.

Two of my favorites are WINTER JAM 2024 & Hockey games with my husband. This stadium has excellent appeal and is easy to get to. Parking is abundant both outdoor and garages. Once inside you are able to find your seating with the assistance of ushers and other staff. They even have handicap valets to get you to the proper seating. I can say I have had seats midway in the decks all the way to floor seats center. The massive screens allowed me to never miss a shot or singer. This arena offers season tickets for the hockey fan. Or VIP meet & greets for the music lovers in us all.
