I really had a great time speaking with Lanie she's a great person to have conversation with and have a good time(: Her work- she's very meticulous, and she takes her time . I came in with a previous full set, and I was looking for a fill. When she filed down my nails, She saw some empty spaces from the acrylic previously and a lot of cracking so she removed the old ones and did a whole new set which I think is great. She really paid attention to the quality of the old set that I had on, and realized that it wouldn't work with the fill that I was going to get, and not a lot of nail salons that. The waxing was the best experience I've had either than one other lady. I normally have a bald spot in the bottom, part of my eyebrow towards the middle, and no one can ever blend it to where it looks like a solid eyebrow. Waxing was fast, painless and quick. The shape of the eyebrows were perfect for my face. She took out two different types of tweezers to go ahead and clean around the area. This place is called LANIES NAILS, not Tracy's nails. Anyways, my experience did not go well. I knew it would not be a good experience when I picked out a color and she decided to pick a completely different color and try to convince me that was it. After she put a swatch on my thumb I let her know I didn't like it and she didn't look happy. She then pulls out a random color and this point I'm thinking she does not have the colors she has displayed . She worked quickly and of course one of my fingers was bleeding. I didn't say anything. After she was done I headed over to start the pedicure, and I notice that on one of the nails the gel is already coming off . I let her know and she proceeds to get a nail file and file it down leaving my nail uneven and tells me the nail was ...sharp? After two days my nails where completely chipped and ugly. I had a horrible experience, the only good thing I can say was they were open on thanksgiving. I got a pedicure, and a full set with gel. It was super pricey for what the outcome was. I had little air bubbles on one nail and the guy suggested of leaving it rather than fixing it, and his fixing was wanting to file it down so said no. They also kept asking if I wanted other services. no thank you I said it once, and I would ask if I needed anything else. Then to use my card which was the only form of payment I had they charge an additional 2 dollars. If I enjoyed how my nails looked I wouldn't mind paying the extra, but they look like crap. Unsanitary, does not clean the bowls after use before next customer came to get a pedicure after me. I received a manicure and pedicure, with no foot or hand massages included. My boyfriend came with me and got a pedicure also, and he has an infection on his toe. My nails came out terrible, very two toned from the bad quality of the manicure. Would have been 5 stars. Last time I came in the previous owner was still there, I guess now there's new management and people working there and it's so bad. I used to come in and get my nails done in no more than half an hour(and that's the longest) I came in yesterday to treat myself and it was horrible. Some guy,(don't know his name) starts on my nails and I tell him before hand that I want them coffin shaped. So he does his thing and starts to apply the acrylic and it's coming out like crap. Chunky, all over my fingers, it's a mess. Then I remind him that I want them coffin and I guess he forgot because he starts filing my nails to a coffin shape but can't seem to get it. So then he stops and says he has to go get something and NEVER comes back or apologized for the shitty work he did. So then this tiny woman comes and continues to shape my nails. Then I hear her say "the fake nail tip should have been cut into a coffin first, before adding the acrylic" clearly the guy messed up. And here she is trying to correct his mistake. Once she started working on my nails I felt she was rushing to finish and get me out. She filed and filed and my nails are still square. Cut my cuticle on my thumb and made me bleed. I had to remind her of the glitter I wanted on one nail. So not only are my nails squared and not coffin like I asked but she cut me again on my other thumb. WTF?! I was offered no discount or apology for my fingers being cut and still today, a day later acrylic is still chipping off my fingers. NEVER COMING BACK. There go my $40 for crappy service. read more

After reading all three reviews I decided to try this nail salon since it was close to my work. The ladies working there were nice and greeted me kindly when I arrived. I only had an hour to spare and asked several times of they would be able to complete the pedicure within the time frame. There was only 1 customer besides me and they assured me that they would not take very long. However, the wait time was a lot longer than what they estimated. The deluxe pedicure included a scrub of my feet with a sponge and no kind of massage, which is why I asked for the deluxe. My nails looked nice but I don't feel like they were thoroughly cleaned around the cuticle. It was a horrible experience but I guess I expected more. They do however have very low prices, but like they say, "you get what you pay for!" read more

This salon is under new management. The new owner, Tracy, is a fantastic nail artist. I have gone to her for over a decade, and am always pleased with her work. She is meticulous and listens to what the client wants. I don't know how she does it, but my manicures from Tracy always last longer than ones I've gotten elsewhere, even from high-end spas and salons for double or triple the price. read more

Never going back !!!!!!! Tracy the owner cut under my nail and left both of my pinkies burning . I went there for a fill after cutting me I told her I just want them off because it hurt so bad, she said she was going to charge me 10 to take them off. As I gave her my card , I saw it was 32 dollars , I refused to pay because of the horrible experience and because I was only going to pay 10 dollars and she refused to give me my card until I paid .
