My significant other wanted to take English classes and she wanted to give this School a try…read moreunfortunately it was a terrible experience and since I covered the classes she asked me to write this. She does not speak English at all so she was told to take the first level for students like her. We spent about $1150 which included 6 books they asked us to buy. This is what happened My girlfriend said the instructor spent hours talking and that she only used 2 out of the six books they told us to buy, she was stressed out and frustrated the entire 6 weeks, that is not teaching, that is not what I paid for. We reached out to the owner and he told me that she was not a kid that could speak for herself, unfortunately she does not speak the language yet thus she asked me to assist her, I did but it seems as though he ignored us. In sum, we have asked in both languages to get a 50% refund and so far the owner ignores the request. My girlfriend said they told her the owner offered for her to retake the course at no charge, that in itself implies they acknowledged that something went wrong. She said there was no way she will go through that bad experience again. Perhaps their method is very good, seems like the instructor did not follow it. They never miss a call back AND are always on top of reminders and lending a helping hand. Each teacher is completely different but all are completely amazing. There's never a moment you don't feel loved and welcomed. Even the younger faces, they're like the most amazing staff I've met at a childcare facility. Very professional, kind, caring, interactive, patient, and loving. Truly there's not enough that can be said about this school. It was a blessing finding this school. And there's no judgement at my awful attempt at Spanish. They are growing more and more as well and the learning is fun and endless for the children. My only complaint is thinking about the day my child has to go to another school.

Great experiencing getting Suprex tutoring help for our 3rd grader in reading and language arts. In…read morethe past, we were always focused on math or STEM topics until the pandemic caused gaps in our son's reading skills which began to show up in all subjects. We had an excellent match with a tutor named Taylor C. from Suprex. Surprex staff kindly asked us if we were okay with having a male tutor since most people request a female. I am so glad we made the choice to go with Taylor because this guy created a love for reading in our son for life. Taking a break for now but hope to return to kickoff the new school year strong.
