A daughter purchased 'Cook's Brand' ham, and gifted to us in time for Easter…read more She remembered how much we enjoyed such a ham at Christmas, and holidays last year, found the same, and when able to "price-match" here at 'Superstore', the ham was purchased. And once again, at a very 'attractive-price' (= considerably less than what that sticker in the photo shows!). This particular ham -- same spec's as last year's model, but larger -- is a skinless, shank portion, fully-cooked, and weighed in at 4.2 kg. 'Wow', a lot of ham for dinner, lunch, and snack meals coming up! And of course, some soup - ham (with the bone) and split peas - for the finale dinner (and as the cook, I will guarantee some leftovers!). Thanks to daughter for following through with her thoughts on this. And to 'Superstore' for having what was wanted, and making it happen.
