I did a lot of physiotherapy sessions and it didn't helped. Then I went to this clinic per recommendation by a friend and Dr. Thanongsay Nanthasit gave me instant relief at my first session. I kinda feel like a miracle when I suddenly raised up my hand again that day. I was amazed the way he showed me the difference and the things that need to adjust in my body. I did finished the whole therapy session and now I'm back just for maintenance. I highly recommend this clinic especially Dr. Nanthasit.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I came in dealing with extremely severe neck pain…read morethat was honestly affecting my daily life, sleep, and ability to function normally. From the very first visit, Justin Dalmacio made me feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. Justins level of knowledge and attention to detail is incredible. He didn't just treat the symptoms--he took the time to figure out the root of the problem and built a plan that actually worked. Every session felt purposeful, and I could feel real progress week by week. What stood out the most was how supportive and encouraging Justin Dalmacio was. He kept me motivated, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Thanks to Justin, my pain has improved dramatically, and I feel like I have my life back. If you're dealing with any kind of pain or injury, especially something as frustrating as neck pain, I highly recommend giving this place a chance. It was one of the best decisions I've made.

She helped me tremendously with a Vestibular and neck injury from a terrible fall at my job in August 2022. I suddenly had to pause my P.T. due to another health issue in December 2023 which I needed surgery for on February 27, 2024. I received a get-well card from the staff and Doniel, telling me to "call for an appointment when I am ready to come back for therapy." I visited my Surgeon on Tuesday 04/04/2024 and she gave me her approval to go back to P.T. for the sustained injuries that I am still dealing with. I called Capstone today to schedule my pre-approved, unused remaining visits. I spoke to Reagan, the LNI scheduler who was extremely rude, unprofessional, and very nonchalant about what I had just experienced with my surgery. Reagan demonstrated by her phone etiquette that she was too busy and did not care about getting me back on schedule for the pre-approved remaining visits. She was so insensitive, in fact she stated, "We already discharged you as one of our patients. You need to get a new referral from your doctor and LNI!" I had talked with my Vocational Counselor who works closely with patients and LNI, before I called Capstone, and she confirmed all I needed to do was call to set up 5 remaining visits. I asked Reagan who she reports to, and she said, "Riley" was her manager. I received a call about 45 minutes after speaking to Reagan from a "Riley Beard", who was very disinterested and aloof about my not being able to schedule my remaining appointments, she was the Client Relations Manager. I have never been treated with such lack of sensitivity or low regard for others' needs or troubles. Very dispassionate for being a "Client Relations Manager." She literally said, "Oh well!" when I told her I was going to report this to the owners of Capstone, write a review about this, and look for a new Physical Therapy Clinic! The only curious thing was Riley sounded exactly like Reagan! Roberta Reyes

I have been seeing Dr. Masse for many years now and I am always impressed with how kind, caring,…read morecompassionate and professional he and his staff are. I started seeing the doctor when I lived in Maple Ridge. I have since moved to Chilliwack and make the hour journey (each way) just to see him, once a month, because he's just that good. Due to several past injuries, I have a very bad back and neck that need regular treatments or I'm in excruciating pain. I have tried several other chiropractors, closer to home, hoping to save the long drive to Maple Ridge, but not one of them could provide me relief. They all wanted to do, in several treatments, what Dr. Masse accomplishes in one single treatment. I will continue seeing Dr. Masse for as long as he'll have me. No one else can relieve my pain so I can confidently recommend him for any other fellow sufferers. You won't be disappointed.

He is a very professional, knowledgeable and amicable, nice guy of a therapist. I came in with a very active and complex sciatica condition (a.k.a. pain in the __ss) and a host of other old spinal injuries and wear and tear issues and misalignments from an accident-prone lifestyle. Justin diagnosed me using physical manipulations and x-rays and MRI 's that I brought in, and we got right to work.
