If you are going to do business with Stan, run away. Otherwise, you will have a horrible experience. You will regret doing business with him for many reasons and especially, renting one of his units. He owns multiple properties besides his chiropractic business. Unfortunately, we had the experience to rent one of his units. This review is about doing business with Stan himself, it is not about his chiropractic business. I have never used his chiropractic service. Sadly, he does not keep his promises. You agree upon something then he acts as if he did not agree. Regardless if it was written or not, he will not keep his promise. He will find minor things to charge you for. If not he will make them up. Here is a real example, during a walk he shows us the floor with his cell phone light to a line that is impossible to see. Then he comes with something in the ceiling that no one has anything to do with. He can be aggressive and violent if you disagree. He got in my face to beat me up. What stopped him was my warning that I would call the police if he kept his distance that close to me. In short, Stan like some of the reviewers mentioned "he is sleazy and shady to do business with." Even his best friend shared that he is an (fill the gap) and impossible to do business with. read more

This man changed my life. He is worth every penny he charges. If you want real lasting change, invest in yourself and go to Dr. Langford.

Terrible customer service he said that he would find me an attorney and told me not to worry. Which I continued to attend all my appointments. These visits were costly and he also billed my insurance. Never did he find me the right attorney and I ended up with a bill that I had to figure out! Don't trust him!! read more

Having a good Chiropractor is so important, I cant stress enough how much it has made my life so much better. I've been to 12 different Chiropractors in 5 years (U.S, Japan, Mexico) searching for someone to help me, I was starting to loose hope. BUT lucky #13 Dr. Langford was the one who completely transformed me in 1 year. I came in walking literally to one side almost touching the ground. People would ask me EVERYDAY, ALL DAY what the hell was wrong and I didn't even know myself, all I knew was that it was getting worse and I was in so much pain. I feared that I would never look normal or be able to carry or run and play with my children. It was starting to take a toll on me emotionaly and physically. I decided to give Dr. Langford a chance and I am so happy I did. He not only figured out what was wrong but he also had a game plan on how he can help me live my life comfortable with my type of injuries. He educated me on everything and he made sure I understood what was wrong with me. In 8 months I was walking straight and in 11 month's I was able to run, I HAVE NOT RAN IN 5 YEARS ! I can't even begin to thank Dr. Langford for giving me my life back. I also take my children and husband to get adjustments and they love it. I would most definitely 100% recommend him. I carry his card in my purse just in case someone else might be in need of a miracle worker! THANK YOU! read more

Dr. Langford and staff are the THE BEST!!! hands down. I will not ever go and try to venture outside of this place to save a little money. I learned my lesson. Anyway I've been coming in here for years, since 2015. A little about me: I've had 2 rear end collisions 1st one in 2011messed up my lower back. 2nd one in 2015 was more severe gave me neck and upper back issues. & like many people in car accidents I was desperately seeking some pain relief. Therefore when I was searching for chiropractors in my area I picked & visited Dr. Langford and I'm so happy I did. He immediately sent me for X-rays. I visited a different place off of third. Where he referred me. I then took the results to him, he examined me explained everything that was wrong with me. Gave me a wellness plan of attack. Made the adjustments and I slowly found the pain relief I was looking for. I was recommended to come in and see him 3-4x a week and fixed many subluxations that were happening in my body. Since I felt better and better as weeks & months went by I started to visit him off and on throughout the years. Man, he is a true miracle worker. And I'm super great full that I found him. I remember I couldn't walk normal because of my messed up spine I was in so much pain, night and day. Popping pills like a drug addict. Lol. But like I said he fixed me right up & gave me my life back. Looking back I love how he goes above & beyond with his examinations & treatments. He is very knowledgeable, truly knows his field most importantly he really knows what he's doing. Good Luck out there ppl! & Thank you! Dr. Langford! once again! I will be back soon! read more

I went in as an uninsured patient. So I knew service might be a little costly. I went in off the reviews I read about Dr. Langford and while he seems like a cool guy to hang with I was completely DISSATISFIED with my treatment. I've already missed two days of work and for me this is unacceptable. I was willing to pay for the charges $155.00 for the services rendered but I left there in the same pain I went in with. All I wanted was a back adjustment or realignment but I didn't get that. I got a treatment with a TENS machine which I will give credit, helped. But my back still crooked. He also performed some minor adjustments but not to the extent of what a realignment is supposed to be. I've been to two chiropractors many years ago for the same issue and despite all the pain I was in, the two separate chiropractors adjusted my back and the pain went away like it never happened in the first place. So you can imagine my disappointment when I left his office in the same pain I went in with. I don't know if I can resume working. The cost of treatment today included x-rays which after they were taken, was never reviewed/shown to me by the doctor. I feel this was kind of shady. Why bother with x-rays in the first place? I went in there in good faith, paid cash in good faith, even mentioning that I would have hoped to get the realignment because I had explained it worked twice before for me in the past. Instead his secretary tells me after writing me a doctors note "See you tomorrow" I told them I would not be coming back and she was a bit in awe. I told them I could not afford to come back again because I felt the issue should have been fixed there and now. In the doctors defense he said he was hesitant to perform the realignment because he was fearful he might tear something. Idk. I explained my situation and how the realignment worked favorably and with excellent results. But I believe, he as with all businesses look for sources of residual income to support itself and I understand this. It's the basic model for any business. But still, I requested a specific level of treatment. A specific type of service to be performed and didn't get it. I didn't even get to look at my x-rays. For all I know, none were even taken. Who's to know? The only thing I know is that I forked out $155.00 of my hard earned cash and didn't get what I had hoped I would get from a medical professional. :( I don't what to do at this point. I'm out $155 and my back still is in pain. I really cannot afford to miss any more work. If anyone reading this has any suggestions, I'm listening. read more

First, I vowed not to write bad reviews over 5 years ago, because my aim is to support businesses, especially alternative and small businesses, unless I thought it could help someone, so I write this today, in efforts to help someone avoid what I experienced.  I wish I read all the Yelp reviews before seeing this chiropractor.  I left feeling demeaned and disrespected.  A review by Jeri D stated Dr. Langford is disrespectful towards women.  I agree.  Why I felt disrespected and demeaned: Ultimately, while I found him not very good with building rapport and had a better than "Medical Doctors" and "I know best" attitude, I told him my feet feel numb while roller skating and he quipped that a medical doctor would tell me not to skate, and he's not a Medical doctor, so he wouldn't tell me that, however, that was not what has me writing this. Dr. Landford mentioned a couple of things that I could be experiencing. When I went to leave, I forgot what one of those things was. I asked the very nice receptionist and she went to check. She came back stating that the Dr. did not want to tell me. I didn't understand. Then I was asked to come back and speak with him in his office. I told him I would like to know the name, I forgot it, and he told me I was being irrational (completely demeaning and uncalled for). Up to that point, I was not upset, and at no time did I raise my voice, after being called that I made sure I did not raise my voice, for he might have said other things some people (not most) call women when upset. Perhaps he was not supposed to mention specifics of what he thought I have or he was afraid I would say he diagnosed me without thoroughly testing me first, so I clearly explained that I understood that he is not diagnosing me before proper testing I just wanted to tell my husband so I could explain it to him when I get home. He said he didn't want me telling my husband. I told him I would need to write a bad review on Yelp, and he said "go ahead, do what you need to do". It was a very strange and uncomfortable encounter. His assistant doesn't really talk and is male, so if you are female and are uncomfortable sitting in a small office between a chiropractor you don't know and his silent male assistant ( I can't recall him looking at me, mostly at the ceiling or Langford) I don't recommend this doctor for that reason either. read more

Dr. Langford is an amazing Chiropractor. He has helped me with my injuries from a car accident last year and has guided me to other professionals that would help assist in my recovery. Dr. Langford's adjustment skills are top notch and is spot on in his adjustments. I have gone to many chiropractors, many good, however if you are having re-occurring complaints that other chiropractors have not been able to solve then go see Dr. Langford. He has many techniques that other Docs just don't do. Highly recommended. Thanks Doc for all your work. read more

I dislocated my knee in New Jersey about 7 years ago. Then about a year and a half ago I dislocated the same knee in a sparring match. Since then I went to see 3 chiropractors in San Diego, the first 2 charged me about $100.00 a session and I still did not feel right after leaving. They did not seem to know what they were doing and did a few cracks here and there. They left me with some general impressions of what I should be doing for my health, what is probably good for me and some general health advice. Nothing I couldn't find online about a dislocated knee cap. Then, I went to my gym and I was referred to Dr. Langford as a chiropractic specialist in all injuries. The experience with Dr. Langford has been wonderful and I will continue to use him for the remainder that he practices. First, when you enter Dr. Langford will perform an X-ray which they are able to do in their own office and get results in a short time period. This was overlooked by the previous two chiropractors I went to and never discussed. Secondly, Dr. Langford is extremely knowledgeable and up front with patients. He goes over every part of your X-ray and shows you where your injury is, where the problem is, what areas the problem will affect, and what needs to be treated. He gives you a full idea of what needs to be done in your specific case and individualizes each treatment according to your needs. On top of this, he uses top of the line treatments including a combination of laser, massage, and PT to fix your issues. Whenever I go in, I basically have problems all over my body and I can feel my aches and pains. I point them out to Dr. Langford and he adjusts my spine, knee, and all parts of my body. Every time time I come out I feel like a new person. He gives me advice which pertains particularly to my knee injury, suggests supplements and exercises to help, and truly cares about my problems. A lot of people may expect that they can go in for a few treatments and they are cured. What they need to understand that Dr. Langford doesn't just fix you and everything is done. He builds on a patient-doctor relationship which you need to understand your body and learn to understand your body as much as you can. I am very, very particular about who or what I believe is considered an expert in their field. The knowledge and techinques that Dr. Langford displayed clearly put him above and beyond the other chiropractors I have seen, including several in New Jersey that I also went to. After going to Dr. Langford, I would not use anyone else. read more

Ive known Langford for many years.. He is different kind of chiropractor.. prepare to be impressed.. he does stuff that other chiropractors have no clue how to do.. he does Jaw adjustments in 1 treatment, he can move the skull bones around, he has supplements that are Amazing.. ive learned so much from him that i highly recommend you see him if you're in pain.. the negatives? he is rude to women and children..... he wont hit men.. but if you go to his office, DO NOT SIGN ANY BLANK FORMS HE GIVES YOU to sign.. make sure they are all marked before signing.. and take a picture of the form you have signed before he has the chance to add stuff after the signature.. he will add stuff to pad his bill after the treatment. for example, i saw him for an adjustment that he charged me $890 for 1 visit. he has hit me for crossing my legs and for starting an exercise wrong.. he has slapped me on the hand a few times. But i have to admit, Dr Langford does adjustments that are amazing...i'd give him 5 stars, but because he is rude i give him 3 stars.. he is a different type of chiropractor and you will leave in better condition than when you first, you wont regret seeing him for pain and traumas. read more

I was in a couple of car accidents (rear ended) within the past two years (2008 and 2011). The most recent of which was in October 2011 when myself and a passenger were rear ended by a man in a stolen vehicle trying to outrun the Memphis Police was travelling at what police estimate at 115mph on I40. I was first seen at Saint Mary's in Memphis but all they did was take X-rays and prescribe narcotics. At the advice of co-workers I was advised to see a local chiropractor in Atoka, TN name Dr. Cannon. After several treatments there I did not find my condition getting any better and then I moved to San Diego. I saw a civilian chiropractor on base which he basically did NOTHING for me at all and hardly did any manipulation/treatment. Which only frustrated me more. Then I went to a chiropractor downtown in San Diego (McKay) but he believed that most chiropractors "over treat" their patients instead of allowing their bodies to heal naturally. Of course again after many spent dollars, I was not feeling like I was receiving the results that I was "paying for". I then deployed and noticed that I was waking up frequently at night to urinate. I knew I was getting older so I decided to get looked at. My shipboard doctor based on my complaint decided to give me a prostate exam and said that I had a good prostate for a "60-year old man". I felt very concerned since I was only 41 years old at that time. Then after my deployment had ended and after a game of football at our departmental physical training session, myself and a co-worker collided in mid-air and caused us both severe pain and I can speak for myself saying that I received a concussion. At the same time I was referred by my primary care provider to see a urologist at a local medical center. The 2nd doctor I saw decided to perform some tests on me and after "scoping" me decided my issue was not my prostate but in fact my bladder. He initially wanted to do a procedure called a "Urolift" and then after scoping me decided that instead if he were to cut a "V" in my bladder that it would get rid of this "dam" that caused by my bladder issue. Well since I do feel like there are good chiropractors out there I found Dr. Langford on Yelp and read reviews and figured why not give it a try. After a FULL chiropractic examination and X-rays, Doctor Langford realized that I had some other issues (some of which were OLD injuries from 18 years+ ago) and started to get to work on me. He realized that not only did I have older injuries which did not heal correctly the first time. After a few "adjustments", I had spoken to Doctor Langford about my urination issue and he had mentioned that it was not a dam caused by my bladder but instead my hips and pelvic area were not aligned correctly. Although the readjustment in my pelvic region was not a pleasant feeling at first it did in fact help my urination issue. I am very thankful that I sought him and and continued treatment with him. He's both very knowledgeable and personable. Couldn't ask for much more in a health care professional. I'd recommend anyone who has chronic back, neck or other pain to seek him out. You won't be disappointed! Sincerely, M. Rush read more

Worst chiropractor, I don't even know how he got a license. Not only is he rude and demeaning towards woman and children but he hits customers and employees. I had my legs crossed one day and he walked up hit my leg hard and said don't do that. I saw him do that to other customers as well and even his staff told me he has hit them before. He is claiming to have done much more than he has he make false records and tried to go after you and your insurance for double pay. He is sleazy I highly recommend you go somewhere else. I'd give zero stars if I could. read more

This is review is based on 2-3 visits I had last year. Overall I he has a good rapport with patients, he took x-rays of my back and explained the issues I had. I just did not like his treatment plan, as I was expecting manual manipulation, but instead I he used some "machine". The "machine" was like a small drill like instrument which supposed to provide some type of relief. It just wasn't for me, I didn't get the relief I expected. He did seem to have a lot of patients as the office as always busy. Front desk was friendly. read more

Gosh..where do I start. I had given up on the idea that I would get better until I met Dr. Langford in December of 2016. His adjustments have made a huge difference in my life but I must say, the person who sees him, has to be committed to the treatment. I am impressed with the work he has done on my body for the amount of money I pay; it is reasonable. He is like a life coach in addition to a chiropractor. Anyone is blessed to work with him! read more

Dr. Langford is terrific. I've seen him several times over the last few years and he always gives terrific caring service. I injured my hand and neck recently and went to Dr. Langford who did a terrific job of treating both my complaints in just a few office visits with a large variety of techniques, care and skill. Dr. Lanford is amazing! I have been in the Marine Corps for 21 years and I have been to just about every Chiropractor imaginable, but this Doctor tops them all. I was suffering from Migraines, once a week, for the past seven years and thought this was just how my life was going to be. I had come to the fact that I might as well, "suck it up" and take the pain, because there really is no other option. I had been seen by several other Chiropractors, Doctors, and Neurologists and none could give relief. I even had surgery on my nose to fix my deviated septum and was prescribed medications such as Neurontin, Amitriptyline, Nortriptyline, Imetrex, Maxalt, and Ephedrine to control the attacks. Some helped but side effects were diminishing at best. After I told Dr. Lanford my symptoms and problems he immediately went to work on my neck, back, shoulders, jaw and nose. Yes, nose, he treated me with the bulb technique which takes a small inflatable balloon and inserts it the nasal sinus cavities... If you are curious, there is more about this technique on his official webpage. After three treatments, I have to say, I feel a whole lot better and my posture, balance and breathing have improved drastically. I plan to continue to see him at least once a month for the rest of my time in the San Diego area. R/s Sam Monk Maj USMC read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Langford for about a year now. First we came to him for my pregnant fiance, as I was skeptical about chiropractors actually helping people out. I have went to two other chiropractor is before I came here. I feel as if Dr Langford was more thorough than any chiropractor I have been to.instead of just regular chiropractors asking you where your pain is and trying to fix it he does a full body analysis. from now on I am a strong believer of chiropractors and I recommend him to all my friends and family. read more

I cannot say enough about the quality of care I receive from Dr. Langford and the difference it makes to my well being. I tried another doctor when Dr. Langford moved his practice to the village but that didn't work out. I had much discomfort and was having difficulty sleeping through the night due to my sciatica issues and associated lower back and hip pain. These sleeping issues were graphically displayed by my FitBit Charge HR, showing the numbers and duration of times spent awake during the night. After just one adjustment last Wednesday, I slept through the night and have been every night since. I'm pleased to be back in Dr. Langford's care and highly recommend him for your chiropractic needs. read more

PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!! BE AWARE OF A RIPOFF The practice carried out by this Dr. Langford and his staff, is not seeking the best interest on the patient well being. His way of doing business is the "chase/show the money" practice type. Please ask what is the initial cost of a visit for a first time patient, in my case I got charged $475.00 for a simple set of Rx and his opinion about my daughters condition after her accident. Here is how our visit went: We arrived to Dr. Langford office and filled the paper worked handed to us, then my daughter was taken to the back for a set of Rx and for her to be check upon her discomfort after a car accident. In the middle of the examination I was taken back to the examination room and was told that my daughter had severe neurological damage on the right side of her brain, show some simple physical tests and then took me to his office and immediately asked if I had been on contact with a lawyer, which I answer "NO". Then he proceeded to call by phone one lawyer and set an appointment without my consent to do so. After this examination was over either my daughter nor me were happy with the quality or kind or service provided, so we decided not to continue with the visits to this "money shark". After a few weeks we have received an invoice for services provided in the amount of $475.00 and they are sending to collection, because we did not agreed with the amount charged. So make sure before you step into the lions den to ask how much is for out of pocket examination, also be aware that he is going to lead the visit, so you as a patient /customer have to hold his actions and comments in view and never agree with him to move forward. Now I have to deal with him and his staff plus the collection agency, because he is money hungry. Will update as soon as, I have more to post read more

Doctor Langford does miracles!! I've been treating with him for a couple of years now and the results I have received I have not been able to receive anywhere else. He gets it done, I have tried going to other places after he moved and nothing like the treatments I receive at his office. His staff is super friendly and always makes you feel more that just a patient. Two weeks ago I sprained my arm playing soccer after doing several home remedies and nothing making me feel better I went to see Dr. Langford for a regular treatment for my back discomfort and I mentioned that I was having pain in my wrist after a soccer game he adjusted my wrist and I was in shock! my full range of motion was back and the pain was gone in seconds. I totally recommend if you're looking for a Chiropractor who doesn't beat around the bush and will be straight forward and gets the work done you make an appointment with Dr. Langford. read more

I met Dr. Langford several months back before I used his amazing chiropractic skills. First over lunch one day he asked me how long I had my deviated septum, and if I would be interested in fixing it without surgery with a technique he called the Bolb sinus specific technique or craniofacial release technique. We agreed to get together and give it a try and the results have been unbelievable. My wife has told me that my snoring is much better and my ability to breath is dramatically better, truly a miracle. Also I have had a really bad shoulder for the past 4 years, Dr. Langford informed me that one of my ribs was out and that he could fix it with an adjustment technique he had including some easy to do home physical therapy. It has been three weeks since he started on my shoulder and it again is unbelievable how much better my shoulder feels. I also had an ACL surgery on my knee when I was 28, as I am 58 now. I have a knee that hurts everyday and I have been putting off having a knee implant. Again Dr. Langford suggested he could help my knee, but said it was really bad, but he could get it a level or two better. Again amazing, he adjusted my knee about 10 days ago, and wow my knee is feeling better, and I am heading back in today to have him look at my shoulder and my knee, I am very hopeful that both are getting much better, thank you Dr. Langford!!! read more
