Unbeknownst to me my wife called him 2 weeks later to schedule work on our home. He said he'd call her back to schedule something and never did. I don't get it. I'm very happy to pay for work- it doesn't seem to get any easier than returning calls and showing up for appointments. If they show up they may do great work. We just never got that far.
