Finally got through to him and set up an appointment and he didn't show up at the worksite. Straight to voicemail again and never heard from him after that. Unbeknownst to me my wife called him 2 weeks later to schedule work on our home. He said he'd call her back to schedule something and never did. I don't get it. I'm very happy to pay for work- it doesn't seem to get any easier than returning calls and showing up for appointments. If they show up they may do great work. We just never got that far. Again, really disappointing. Would not recommend.

Barry was a true professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and restored the lights in the bedroom. During his visit, he also took the time to explain how the on/off switches controlled power to several of my outlets and shared helpful information about OPPD's home wiring and circuit maintenance program. I appreciated his knowledge, clear communication, and thorough approach. I will definitely be calling Hoffman Electric again for any future electrical needs.

Texts at 530am, repetitive texts and phone calls, etc., all inside of 10 days after the job was completed and AFTER he was told that a check was already in the mail. Work was completed Dec 27th and by Jan 7th got a "F*** you" on the phone. Will NOT be using him again!
