I had three crowns done. They messed up one making it look like a black hole in my tooth and didn't tell me. When I saw it for myself, I was furious. I paid $800+ for a hole in my tooth before my wedding. They said that it was part of the crown that they couldn't cover because then the crown wouldn't fit. I complained. And they said they would redo it for free. I agreed, but I wasn't ready to go through all that again. It was painful, I had to have a temporary crown, and when the real crown came in it took them 3 tries to get it glued in correctly. When I went to ask for it in writing they told me, no. They said I actually only have 2 months left to get it done for free. They never said anything about that 4 months ago.
