Originally, I shopped at their Vinings Jubilee location until the close and since then I've been shopping at this Roswell location. ++ Ambiance is a warm, intimately organized high end EVOO, fine balsamics and epicurean market. It's a gourmet cooks', especially Italian food lovers' dream food shop. +++ High quality variety of northern and southern hemisphere EVOOs and aged 18 years balsamics from domestic and global sources. OV's balsamics are CLEAN, made in the traditional solera style with no extras. They offer many fine infusions that are pretty much drinkable. My favorites are their Mediterranean blend and Cobrancosa EVOOs, grapefruit white balsamic and espresso dark balsamic that is absolutely incredible on vanilla ice cream.
