This is definitely a Downtown Roswell gem!! I've never tasted so many varieties of olive oils and Balsamic vinegars!! The owner and tasting experience was a lot of fun. The owner gave us ice cream to try with the different flavored vinegars! Yummy! Who knew that Espresso Balsamic Vinegar pairs well with vanilla ice cream! I bought some Oregano infused Olive Oil and Garlic Infused Olive Oil. Delicious!! I use it all the time! It really ups the flavor profile of my food. I also bought Espresso and Coconut flavored Balsamic Vinegar! Oh and a Mediterranean seasoning packet!! I am soooo in love with this place! Please go and visit it! You will not be disappointed!!!

This is, without reservation, the best olive oil and vinegar store I have ever visited. And I've been to quite a few. The shop subtly resides on the main drag of downtown Roswell (Canton St), and the exterior seems to understate the size of the indoor space. There are (at least) four separate rooms: One for olive oil, one for a variety of vinegars, one for condiments, and the main room at the entrance with a panoply of cookware, tchotchkes, and sundry items. You will experience flavors you didn't know existed. More importantly, you can experiment with combinations that you wouldn't find elsewhere. And the staff is more than willing to disseminate its knowledge and expertise based on your preferences. Prices are very reasonable. To say that I was impressed would be an understatement.

Such a cute place (carrying deceptively large amounts of delicious goodies)

I am not a chef. I am not a cook. On my best of days, I am a baker. I was originally brought into Oli+Ve for a Yelp event, but I fell in love with it so much that I have since returned several times. Let's start with the walk up -- a cute little house in historic Roswell, with an herb and flower garden that surrounds it. They typically have scissors and you can clip some fresh herbs to take home with you for your meal. As you walk in, there is the (VERY) knowledgeable staff, great gift giving options, and rooms for you to explore, flavors for you to taste, and even some pre-packaged goodies for you to take home and enjoy. If you have a foodie in your life, or if you know someone who loves supporting locally sourced items and local businesses, this is the place to stop. Next, let's talk about the real business -- the freshly pressed olive oils and vinegars that you can buy here. Did you know there are dozens of flavors and you can mix and match them to produce electrifying flavors? Like, for serious. I love a little blood orange olive oil and cranberry pear vinegar mixed together. On my veggies (cooked or salads), on grilled chicken, on everything... they have these amazing combo ideas, or you can create your own. The staff will guide you, and they have handouts that you can explore on your own. Stop in, you definitely won't regret doing so. Added bonus: it doesn't just benefit you, but everyone else on your shopping list, too!

Got to know this place for a yelp event I attended to this past Thursday. Olí+Ve is located in Historic Roswell and they're known for their Extra Virgin Olive Oils (EVOO) and balsamic vinegars. They also have a lot of olive oil based skin care products and foods which was very interesting. The tour consisted in two parts: the olive oil and the balsamic vinegars room. We were separated in two groups and were taken into the different the rooms. While Alexis explained us the different uses and possible combinations for balsamic vinegars, Suzanne let us taste different olive oils. The olive oil room wasn't as tasty as the balsamic vinegar one. My absolute favorite was the peach white balsamic and I'm definitely coming back for it. After the tour, we had a little picnic outside where we got to taste different dishes made with at least one product they sell at their store. The Caesar, and the pasta salad were fantastic. Thanks to Kellie M, Suzanne and Alexis for organizing and guiding the tour. Definitely very educational. It can be a little hard to find parking in this area but there's plenty of parking behind the store.

Had a great time at this shop today. They had SO MUCH to offer. We sampled lots of different flavors of olive oils and balsamic vinegar, even a little treat of vanilla ice cream with whatever balsamic vinegars we wished. Never felt pressured to buy anything. Owners were so friendly that even my kids were comfortable to try things - and they are typically not a fan of people (shy) or fan of vinegar! We ended up buying two bottles of lovely oil and vinegar and kids were even excited. I'm excited to cook with them and come back for more!

Balsamic vinegar lovers will love this place. They have so many flavor combinations and they allow tasting too. They are very customer friendly. I will definitely come back and will recommend this place to anyone that loves to cook. The cinnamon and pear balsamic was my personal favorite and for just over $10.00 you get a decent size bottle.

This place is a little gem in Roswell! If you enjoy olive oils and vinegars, it is a must visit. You will be guided into one of many rooms where you can taste all of the oils and vinegars offered. Select the size of bottle you want and they fill it for you. Everyone is super friendly and the tastings are awesome.

My husband had recently began looking into Extra virgin olive oil for health benefits and this store was the only place on his list to find EVOO. When we walked into the store we told the gentleman working that we know nothing about natural oil & vinegar &but we want to learn as we are looking to incorporate these items in our everyday diet. The gentleman was kind enough to start us in a section that he said is for beginners and went through the top 3-4 oils and recommended vinegars to mix with them. We sampled a few oils by themselves and also oil + vinegar combos and decided on our top 2 oils: Wild rosemary EVOO & Blood orange EVOO and our top 2 vinegar: Sicilian lemon aged white balsamic vinegar & Cranberry pear aged white balsamic vinegar to start with. It wasn't until we were checking out that the gentleman told us he was the owner of the store. My husband and I would have never guessed. He was so helpful, humble and patient with us. I even remember making a funny comment asking him when we walked in does he know a-lot about oil & vinegar or does he just work here & he said he knows enough but still did not disclose that he was the owner at this point. William, thank you for the warm, friendly, and very educational experience we had in your store. The store also sells fresh pastries, jams, honey, olives and other items worth checking out. We both have already incorporated using the olive oils and vinegars in our daily cooking and even take shots of the olive oils by itself some mornings. We will definitely be back to restock and find some new flavors to try.

Alright so I'll admit I'm a red wine snob. We drop a minimum…read moreof $40 per bottle and it only goes up from there. It has been my experience that few bottles that go under $40 are worth my time. I was wrong. Amy, owner of TOTT, shared with me 4 wines that ran $15-$20 that I actually truly enjoyed. Her selections are impressive, small batch bottles, 5,000 in existence or less from around the world. She also has a strong meat and cheese selection and an adorable dog to boot. I will be back!

What a charming wine and cheese shop! I never knew this even existed. I mean, I have driven past…read moreit without even a second thought. I didn't know what it was, until some friends of mine booked a wine tasting for us. What? I love wine tastings, and thought I had to drive to Dahlonegha for that. No idea there was a place so close by to do wine like this. We walked in and were walked back to a quaint room with a long table and chairs around it. A reservation had been made for the wine tasting, so the four of us were seated with some other people that had made the reservation as well. Amy, the owner, came in and introduced herself. She was so knowledgable about wines, and really was informative. I have to say I've been to several wine tastings before, but I learned a lot here from Amy. She told us about herself, and what her store is all about. She stated she has about 300 wines in her shop, and she has tasted every single one. She stated that she got a lot of her wines from small producers, and that most of her wines were under $20. She said she liked to have a unique variety of wines that would be good to grab for a dinner at home, or for a gift. She also had several imported and domestic cheeses. We had the opportunity to try a few different cheeses, and by far my favorite was the brie/gouda mix Belletoile. It was so good and creamy. The crackers that were served with the cheeses were so good as well. We had a peppercorn and a plain cracker. Both were really good, and I loved the small sizes of the crackers to go with the cheese. They were made from a small company in Chamblee called Georgia Sourdough. You can buy their crackers at this store, so you don't have to drive to Chamblee. So the wine tastings are Monday-Saturday. Drop-in tastings are Monday through Wednesday for $10, which includes four wines and one cheese with cracker. Thursday through Saturday, Amy does a six wine tasting paired with 3 different cheeses and crackers for $18 per person. The latter requires a reservation. Each tasting has a theme, so for instance, the one we did was USA Wines. And I tried my first Riesling I actually didn't mind. It wasn't sweet. She mentioned that before I tried it, and she was right. You also get to keep the BPA plastic stemless glass you use to do the tastings. She chose these BPA glasses, because there is no odor like with most plastics and doesn't have that plastic taste, either. The glasses are very sensitive to heat, though, so don't put them in your dishwasher or they will melt. She serves the wines from lightest to heaviest, and she told us if you rinse the glass each time with water between tastings you will change the way the next wine should taste. She said going from lightest to heaviest will nix the need to actually rinse the glass. If you like any of the wines or cheeses you try the day of the tasting, you can get any of them for 10% off. And she won't tell you the prices of the wines until after the tasting, which was a good idea. She didn't want us having preconceived ideas on the taste based on knowledge of the price. Unfortunately, I picked the most expensive wine as my favorite. I wouldn't pay $27 for a wine for any regular evening, but it's a good choice for the weekend or entertaining. I'd love to come back here, sooner than later. I am so excited my friends discovered this place, and will definitely be back. If you live in the area, check it out.
