The bookstore is clean and spacious, and the employees are friendly. There is a Starbucks, help…read moredesk, children's area, and other areas to browse. Barnes and Noble has a wide selection of literature and novelty items, but it can be a little pricey.

Brianna lacks social skills and DOES NOT need tc be in customer service! I went to the store today…read moreand realized everything was 25% off... which is such a fun sale! I bought a $100 item for my daughter two days earlier and had the receipt still on me so l asked if I could essentially price match. Really a yes or no answer. I asked if I could purchase the item today on sale and then return it with the previous receipt. Again, yes or no is all I needed. Briana loudly and looking obviously annoyed asked me twice to explain what I was asking. Then said "for all I know you could be lying. You might not even have the item at home. You could have found the receipt in the parking lot." People were looking. She made a big deal embarrassing me over a simple yes or no question. I did not need her to accommodate my request but simply needed her to have good customer service and not cause a scene while stating I'm dishonest. I decided to purchase the item on sale since it was a big percentage off and worth the work of me going home and getting the original purchase to return. However Brianna alerted the cashiers about me and I was confronted when I went to check out. I felt purposely humiliated by her. When I told the lady at the cashier I was simply going to purchase the item, the lady was kind and extremely accommodating but I was disgusted that somehow in the long line of people I was identified as someone to question when I went to check out. Absolutely horrible experience and I hope Brianna is fired.
