Then I saw the Dr. and he asked if we could do our session without masks... I said absolutely not. I then watched him adjust his mask multiple times by sticking his fingers into his mask, and pulling it up. He the proceeded to touch my face (without asking or cleaning his hands first). I was then told I had plantar fasciitis. I told him that my pain was in a different part of my foot then where plantar fasciitis is, he told me it was in the beginning stages, and that I need $55 orthotics. After getting two second opinions, I was told that not only do I not have plantar fasciitis, but the orthotics I was given were way too hard for most peoples feet, and that they would probably be incredibly painful if I used them. Then the bill came and the only way I could pay was by writing my cc on a peice of paper and mailing it (absolutely not going to happen) or send a check. I guess they don't realize that it's not 1994 anymore. It was inconvenient, I didn't really feel listened too and it felt unsafe. I absolutely will never go back
