Went the other day (Today is 12/13/19.) to buy a gift card for my sister-in-law. She shops Michael's all the time. I was in and out within 5 minutes and I even found a pack of really cute mini boxes to 'wrap' the gift card in. Pack had 2 boxes so I 'wrapped' a gift card for my husband to a restaurant he likes instead of just throwing the card in his stocking. Store was clean, uncluttered, and aisles were labeled. The cashier I had was really nice as well. I keep meaning to fill out the survey for her. I'll happily go back if I need to. Did not use restrooms. I assume there are ones open to the public. Parking lot is very close, but handicap stalls aren't. Which seems odd to me.
