The place looks like a Vape Store for sure. Clean and well kept. Nice friendly people and great customer service. They have a wide selection of flavors as well...although a little weak for my taste buds besides their RumChata!! What I did notice is they don't carry any Mechanical Mods, RDAs or wiring. For a Vape store that seems fairly new they should be on it!! So for that I have to take a star away. For the only Vape Store around here it would be convenient instead of ordering online and having to wait. On another note... Their prices are a bit pricier than others. I have been going there since way before Alohma took over from the Previous owner The last 3 atomizers bought have been totally crap and the batteries don't stay charge. I go in there several times a months and get the juice usually 2- 50ml and the coils. A previous time I went in and no atomizers to buy. The shelves were completely empty. Today I stop in to get my regular items a young guy was waiting on a customer, a girl with short hair was visiting with a older guy (they were not talking about E-cigs either) So I waited and waited then a young guy comes in and he waited while the still were talking, I left. I have a short window on my lunch I am all in for visiting but not when customers are waiting inline. It's rude. I will go to the other one in Singing hills I am done. read more

Have gone there many times. Received new vape for Xmas from my 2 son's. Unfortunately this is not where they purchased it from. Well i ran in there to get a new coil, and I am 43 yrs old. The clerk asked to see my ID which is fine at my age I don't mind. Then he asked to see my son's ID and he is only 17, he came in there with me because I wasn't sure on what coil to get. Well he wasn't quite sure either so my son told him the brand I have. And the clerk said he didn't know so I went home and got my vape and went back, he said I won't sell you a coil because your son is only 17 and I am suspicious that it is for him. By this time my other son(who is 21) was with me as well. I told him again this was a xmas present from them, it is my vape, I'm not a liar. I just wasn't sure of coil. Never in my life have I been insulted and told I was basically a liar. I started vaping to quit smoking. I started up smoking cigarettes again so for Xmas my boys thought maybe if they got me something better then I would go back to vaping.And for this unprofessional , judgemental, rude and insulting jerk to look down his nose at me the way he did, cost this business money. I may not have been spending tons of money there but with what I would spend and all of my friends tht vape spend and their friends and all of their friend etc.. at the end of the day it does add up Horrible way to do business and to treat customers. I would not recommend this store to anybody! The associate that assisted me was extremely rude. She came across as I was interrupting her time. While helping me she decided to talk to the other associate that was there while helping me. I did however decide to buy a new flavor. The price was WAY higher than I have ever paid and will ever pay again. I will NOT return. read more
