His knowledge about the complex world of insurance policies is beyond compare. Every question I had, he answered quickly, confidently, and accurately. Doug cut through the complicated verbiage in by-laws, master deeds, and policies, and presented clear and honest advice. He guided me step by step on what actions to take, and gave me truthful information that others were either misinforming me about or withholding from me. Doug was very easy to reach by phone and willingly made time for me. On the few occasions when someone else in the office answered the phone, they were also polite and welcoming, and relayed my messages accurately. Doug consistently got back to me quickly. He is generous, kind, and patient. There are few things that have ever been as upsetting to me as this catastrophic damage to my home, and I will be grateful to Doug for the rest of my life for helping me through this situation.
