Terrible , I have had 3 claims where I needed to talk with them and never returned my calls, but someone from this office was constantly calling me to offer me a life insurance, poor service! I would give maybe no star if I could. I hardly write reviews. I think this might be my first review ever written. But I am writing this so that people know that this branch headed by Steven Snoha has been extremely insensitive to us. I need a certificate of Insurance for an event that we are organizing. It is better if I can get it from my primary insurance provider, which is State farm with Steven. I have two houses in NJ which have been underwritten by them. I have called Steven's office at least 5 times. I have written two to three emails to them. I even personally went and visited their office and asked if someone could talk to me. While Steven was not there, the other representative in their office assured me that someone will get back to me. This was about a week back and I still don't have anyone who has reached out to me. I am beyond disappointed. I think if you are looking for immediate service and quick turnaround this is not your place. I fail to understand why Steven continues to disregard my request. It is intriguing and appalling to see how a customer facing company like this will continue to ignore messages and respond to a client request. I am trying to logically understand this but it is just plainly disrespectful and pathetic customer service. I highly dissuade people from working with Steven. I will be moving my business elsewhere. There are other firms in Basking Ridge, NJ where I live that work with State Farm and I will definitely move out sooner than later. read more
