I should give zero stars as the bullets below are details of my experience, but I understand the…read morecurrent environment and I hate to slam. There was some positivity - the individual in the back did come and work with me to solve it, although outcome was still not what I wanted. Experience: Came here to print. Very familiar with the process of using their pc to login into my email to print. Sequence of events: - Printed my documents, accepted payment - Printer was not working, asked the front desk and they told me to email them - The documents were printed but the second page on one of the documents did not align and words were cut out or blurred Instead I left paying 12 dollars (cost of using PC and accepting the print), using the extra step, and still one of the documents was not printed correctly. If you are reading this, I would recommend, if you are not in a hurry, to always ask the front desk for support first because the machinery at this store is not working properly. Especially when you are paying for time using their PC to print. Stay safe everyone.
