Zack (TTC) came out and promptly provided an estimate. Zack was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I also requested two additional professional tree service companies to provide estimates for the same scope of work. Upon reviewing all three estimates, TTC was the clear winner with the best price! Zack quickly scheduled a start date to begin the work. On the morning crews started Zack reviewed the removal plan and safety measures with the crew (crew leader was awesome). The job took all day and the crew worked very efficiently with outstanding clean up ! ! ! Having a horticulture and arboriculture background and seeing the work they performed, I would highly recommend TTC for any work you may have related to trees. Great Job! We needed an estimate to remove a large Pine that was in the backyard The tree was becoming what we…read morethought a safety hazard and not to mention affecting our rock wall. I began searching through Home Advisor and yelp, this was Christmas eve day, I either emailed or phoned several companies and did not expect to receive a reply until after Christmas. After leaving a message with King CoCo Tree, I received a call back within 20 minutes from Chris. He said he could come out on Wednesday to give us an estimate. On Wednesday, he text to advise he was on his way. In about an hour he arrived and we hired him. He scheduled us on Friday and gave us a time. He was early and finished the job within 2 hours. Everything was cleaned up in such a timely manner. He has a chipper which made cleanup even faster. Chris was very punctual and what I liked is the communication which means everything in my book. I didn't expect to have such a quick response even during the holidays but we did. I would not hesitate to hire him again!!
