We tried to fix it by replacing valves and other parts and was not able to isolate the problem. We called Kona Pride, Jeremy returned our call and he tried to fit us into his very busy schedule. He came out and tried to fix our sprinkler/controller/wiring issues. He diagnosed and identified where our problems could be. He made some recommendations for us to try and did not charge us for the time he spent figuring out our sprinkler problems. We replaced one of the components in the controller unit as recommended, reconnected all the wires, and everything worked like a charm. Thanks to Jeremy for his recommendation. If not for Jeremy, we would have bought an entirely new Controller unit instead of just the component; he saved us time and money. He is very honest and hard working. He stated that the customer service is terrible, he left and discovered Diamond Sprinkler Supply was just up the street and they were friendly helpful and cheaper. That is exactly what I found. The daughter of the owner is the manager and doesn't know as much as she thinks. I was sold the wrong part, I was in the parking lot when I discovered the problem. I attempted to return the parts, they refused to exchange or refund stating made up reasons that had no basis in fact. Try other supply house you will be better served.
