I had them do some work on my E450. They did a great job, no complaints. I'm writing this review…read morebecause of how kind they were at a later time however. I used to live in the area, but had moved up north. I was still registered to vote in Wellington though. Set my vacation time for it, since I travel for work. The radiator was leaking and the vehicle was having trouble starting. I hadn't driven the car or noticed until once I had gotten there. I told them it was having trouble starting. The gentleman diagnosed the problem for free. After a bit they gave me a quote for the radiator. It was a good price and I would have paid it, but they wouldn't get the part until after 4pm. Which is fine, but it was starting to snow and the canyon isn't great for a rear wheel drive. I had to turn down them fixing the radiator. But the lady there gave me the company card, and expressed that if I got caught in the snow, to call and they would help pick me up and out of the snow at least.

He drove nearly two hours to pick her up, made sure she was safe, helped arrange a hotel for her, and then worked over the weekend to get her car repaired and back on the road. In a stressful situation far from home, Carl showed an incredible level of kindness, integrity, and professionalism that is rare to find anywhere. He treated our daughter like family and gave us enormous peace of mind as parents. The repair was handled quickly and honestly, and the level of care went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. If you are anywhere near Price and need help, this is absolutely the place to call. Thank you again, Carl -- we will never forget your kindness and willingness to help when we needed it most.

I had to be towed in so I went to the local Ford dealer who looked at it for two hours could not find anything wrong. They said leave it and we will get to it in Two Weeks! I went to Tunex and I had two mechanics work on my truck immediately as they knew I was in a bind. They found all three problems the truck had with it and had me back on the road the very next day after they did two very thorough test drives to make sure it was repaired. I am the original owner of this truck with 230,000 miles so I have had my share of repair shops to visit. By far this shop is the very best I have been too. And the price for repairs was very fair.

After coming back to the shop 3 hours later to pick it up, my car was not at the shop. Turns out they took the car to another shop in town who had the correct machines to get the job done. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point.

Remarkable service from Mark Marasco!…read more Mark is an experienced, professional salesman in the auto industry, which is exemplified through his expert knowledge and advice. The entire process was done virtually from Denver, CO, and effortless. Mark was willing to go above and beyond -- meeting my fiance and I in Grand Junction, CO, for the exchange. Due to severe weather conditions, he waited for our arrival for over 2-hours, and was notably jubilant and prepared with paperwork. We drove it back home for 5.5-hours and had no issues. It was definitely the test drive of a lifetime and gave me pure safety assurance. I highly recommend both Blue Diamond GM and Mark Marasco to anyone and everyone in the market for a vehicle. You'll have nothing short of a smooth, fun and memorable experience.
