We called Alan at Big O's and he saved our trip. We were in our RV from Houston,Texas headed to Washington state and had a tire go out with no shop or tire repair near or willing to take care of us. He worked with us on the phone to get a plan to get us the help we needed and they took great care of us and got us back on the road quickly! Can't say thank you enough! Great service and friendly people! Thanks again Jay and Anita Brewer! read more

Big O Tires - Tires Near Me - Price, Utah

Traveling through Utah with our RV. One RV tire losing air. We dropped at Big O. They were not able to fix the tire but had what we needed in stock. These guys were fast as Nascar. Thank you so much. Fred and Bonny Bass read more

This location is not honest, timely, or even know what they're doing. They over torqued our lugs nuts so bad which are now cross threaded and all need replaced. I found this out when I drove an hour to take it to Costco to get new tires because I knew I was no longer taking my truck to Big O. We almost had to get it towed out of there because they were in such bad shape, swollen, and one broke off completely. Our truck is a 2019 Tacoma btw. Back story: We took our Tacoma to find a tire leak multiple times and they couldn't find it but would lose pressure in just a few days. The final time I went there we got oil change, rotation and told them to find the leak. When they rung me up I noticed they charged for a fixed tire. I asked, oh you guys found the leak? The manager went to verify upon finding out they hadn't even checked. So they were going to charge me for something they didn't even do and I waited 3 times as long as they told me. After driving it around the same tire showed up with a leak, which means they couldn't have rotated them either! New tires at Costco, no issues since. Wheels and mating surfaces were built up with corrosion and were never cleaned but Costco took care of that too. Thanks to big O we have to pay for all new lug nuts!! I am peeved. Manager at Costco said her uncle owns a Big O Springville and Provo locations and said they had better right the wrong because it's unacceptable. We'll see if that happens. Posting for the general public to be wary of going here. read more

my fiance went in to get his back rotors and brakes fixed today, and the last time he got the front ones fixed Kaleb had messed them up so he talked with him about it and now Kaleb refused to work on his car today. Then when he told them to put his tires back on and he would do it himself they tried to charge him $120! piss poor service from Kaleb. Super disappointed in Big O. read more

I was traveling through price after having a new brake job done in Salt Lake City. Brakes were dragging, hot, obviously something wrong. I stopped in to Big O to see if they could help. Two gentlemen were amazing, helped me get on my way. Thank you is not adequate. read more

These guys try really hard to do a good job. I've had a lot of good transactions here. They seem to be much more than a tire shop and can actually do a wide variety of repairs. read more

We are not coming back. Disgusting what we found out. Since I posted few months ago then you called my husband and fussy over me. WHY? What we shocked that how much we trusted you guys for 17 years. Some of employees did foolish with customers. My car was missing door under glovebox where it was filter (filter was completed full of dirty, never change it and charged us); motorhome was mess up with generator (unspark plug out of box plus battery with cable were lose) and now truck was way too low oil since we took truck to your shop for change oil, they did not. DO NOT CALL US! We are not look forward to you employees anymore. You all people are RIPPING OFF!! read more

Nice guys. Took us right in with blown boat trailer bearing on the way to Powell. Slow as cold tar though and not inexpensive! Had guys buzzing around the trailer for three hours. They just didn't appear to be working very efficiently. read more

These guys always help with just about anything I need, and sometime at no charge! If you go there just be sure to go to anyone besides Devan. Everytime I go in and talk with him he seems to forget what we talked about, and someone forgetting to get your car done kinda ruins the whole week.( Happened more than once)Ya know. Other than that I'd give these guys a five! read more

Very helpful with a problem that wasn't theirs! If I have any other needs they will be my first stop!

Shout-out to the Big O Tire in Price, Utah. My daughter was on a road trip when she had car trouble south of Price. A tow truck dropped her and her car at Big O. Keith and Scott stayed after closing time. They took the time to figure out what the real problem was, and helped my daughter get safely back on the road. Thank you, Keith and Scott, for doing more than was required and looking out after my daughter when I wasn't around. read more

I stopped in on a busy Saturday during a holiday weekend, from out of town and in a bind. Keith and the Big O staff couldn't have been better. I was back on the road in no time read more

I went to Big O for a front end alignment .. They said my ball joints were out and needed to replace them.. It would take until closing time to fix and almost 900$ .. Well at 5 pm I got a call from them and they asked if they could keep my truck over night.. I threw a bitch and went to get my truck ..next day Cooter came over looked at my truck and my ball joints were new and they didn't need to be replaced ..he checked it over and my bearings needed to be packed with grease .. I thank God for saving me 900$ on a truck that wouldn't have been fixed and thank you Cooter for being my friend !! read more

Before going to Big O Tires our car was in Good working condition. After having the tires rotated we noticed that the steering wheel would shake when you went 60 mph or faster. Yesterday we decided to use a coupon we had to get our oil changed and tires rotated as well as have the tires balanced. We thought that would fix the problem. We went in yesterday and it was super busy and they asked us if we could come back later to pick up the car. We had two cars so that wasn't a problem. At 5:30 we called to see how everything was going and they had just started looking at our car. Which they promised they would have it done by the end of the day. 3 hours should be enough time to look at a car and fix it. So they said they had done everything and fixed the steering wheel problem, so we took it home. After looking at the car closer we noticed that the oil had not been changed, they rotated the tires so the most worn ones were in the front and the car still vibrated. I took it in the next day and this time we didn't have two cars because my husband had to go to work plus I had a 2 year old. It took them 4 hours to fix the vibrations in the steering wheel and it still is not completely fixed. They also told me today that he had not changed the oil like he was suppose to yesterday but they charged us $5 for a new filter. They gave us a coupon for a free oil change but we never should have been charged for the oil filter because we had a coupon to get a free oil change in the first place. I am not happy with the time that it took to fix the car or the quality or work they did. They ended up doing more damage than good. They get too busy and then do crappy work and try to just get it done " good enough" . Sorry I don't care if i have a free coupon for an oil change I will never trust you with my car again read more
