The first time, she sent me some documents but didn't answer my questions. The 2nd time, she tried to pawn me off on an associate, who I was unable to contact, so my questions again were not answered. The 3rd time, she told me to go get my own agent, and again, didn't answer any of my questions. Enough bad service is enough. Time to write a review. As the listing agent on these assets, Diana Gotwals is the person who has, or should have, the most knowledge about them. She is the person who should take a moment to answer my questions and to send me requested photos and reports. She has a strong incentive (money) to be helpful. If I end up buying the asset, she then receives both sides (buyer and seller) commissions. And often, I return to the same agent to re-sell the home. I feel she is being extremely short-sighted and sending the wrong message to all of her clients -- that she is not willing to "do the work" and is not interested in their business.
