Terrible experience! Do not recommend! They do not communicate and will charge your credit card for whatever they feel like! Service call and Def filter cost me $2,700. What a scam! read more

As an engineer who loves to research purchases on my own, it's rare that I come across a store that…read moreI feel really adds value. In my first experience with factory builder stores, they did just that. Brett pointed me towards a vent hood for my range that I hadn't even considered. The product was superior to the other options I had been considering. Brett also connected me with excellent installers. I try to buy from people that help me out, but don't like to be ripped off either, so I checked prices elsewhere, including online. To my surprise, I found that FBS was selling it for $300 less than anywhere else! Upon ordering, the product arrived very quickly and I was promptly called to notify me of its arrival. When I picked it up a few days later, they all remembered me and quickly loaded it in my truck. Excellent price, service, and selection. FBS will be my go-to destination for kitchen appliances in the future! Note that they are open Saturday mornings too.

Each time the sales person has ordered an incorrect item, causing a huge delay in my projects (most recent being over 2 months). No apologies for their mistake. Have gotten zero communication from the sales person. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. I don't mind paying a bit more if their customer service was excellent, but it's awful.
