Being in Las Vegas but looking for a place in Seattle and not knowing ANYONE or where or how to even begin the process. I used YELP for what is here for...to find businesses and read reviews. I searched Realtors and started to read reviews. After reading several reviews I knew I wanted to go with a smaller vs. a bigger company (where they might hand you off to whoever or you get lost in the shuffle). SOOOOO glad I went with Liz! I really believe that things happen for a reason and people come into your life for a reason. From the first time I spoke to her she had a great energy and vibe and I knew she was going to be a hustler. I was already impressed from the get go! In the beginning I explained what my husband and I were looking for, (which I thought were pretty strange requests criteria...because this condo was going to be used for our employee, it needed to be within a certain proximity, near the airport and within our budget). Liz just rolled with it and got on it. I think it was that night or the next we were already Facetiming a property we were interested in...that's how quickly she was on it! BTW she gives great video commentary and is thorough and honest with her review of the places. Not being there and actually seeing something in person for such a large purchase is kind of scary, but it truly was a great experience that I wasn't expecting. She listened and cared about our opinions and was never pushy. So right now the market is CRAZY!! We put in about 3-4 offers starting in February and kept getting outbid by cash offers and waiving everything. Finally we found something that was perfect for us and had keys and were moving in on April 8! We got to do a little fixer upping (Liz helped with finding a contractor) and was able to pick out flooring, paint and light fixtures, to our liking, all for asking price (seller was throwing in some $). BEYOND impressed with Liz and her team! From start to finish and all throughout the process Liz always kept in touch and updated with what was going on. Almost daily emails with new listings or possible places then following up with which ones we were interested in seeing. She was ON TOP of it! What you'll get from Bobby Brown is a realtor with all the smarts of an inspector, the gut instinct of an appraiser, the detail-orientation of a plumber, and the labor intensity of a landscaper. He's always ahead of the game, suggesting easy fixes to future problems that you don't even know about. 10/10, 5 stars, 2 enthusiastic thumbs up. Bobby is the best. Our longer story: My family inherited a trust fund which was invested in a home in Bonney Lake, WA. Almost as soon as the house came into our name, the septic system fell apart. At this point, we called Bobby and let him know that we were looking to sell, but weren't sure where to start. We were unsure of how to move forward because we live in Spokane and the house is on the west side. Immediately, Bobby recommended a septic company to work with (Flohawks) which led to a string of excellent companies along the way (Vac-Tec installers and Ric Wilkerson to name a couple). As we learned more about our failing system, the price was rising by the 10,000's. In total, it ended costing around $40,000. Feel free to skip this paragraph, but here's a story from the install that I think shows Bobby's care and integrity for our family. Once the system was finally installed, Bobby came by and made sure that everything was working. Immediately, we realized that the main water was busted. I was actually afraid to call around to figure who did it, but Bobby made the calls with me and we got to the bottom of the situation. I would literally call someone, put them on hold, ask Bobby what I should say, then say that. Call after call, companies denied that this was their fault and I was getting pretty nervous. Eventually, we figured out who did it, they owned their mistake, then fixed it free of charge. Kind of a weird story, but I thought that it was SO cool that Bobby was willing to make those calls with me and finalize the system. For me, that went above-and-beyond what anyone could ever expect of their realtor. Throughout the rest of the process, Bobby always worked with us personally, rather than sending someone to represent him. He helped us haul away 1,300 pounds of trash left by our previous tenants (see pictures), fix a number of small inspection points (again, we live on the other side of the state, so he just volunteered for this), conduct 4 different open houses, and was friendly 100% of the time. At every interaction, I felt that Bobby was setting the standard for all other realtors. He's hard-working, value-driven, personable, smart, punctual, and always answers his phone. We believe that he listed our house for the perfect price and did an outstanding job of keeping us in the loop (again, we're across the state). I wish that we lived closer so that we could refer Bobby to more people, but know this: you will be so glad that you went with him and his team. They're a breath of fresh air and give you a sense of peace about a very stressful process. Bobby, you're the man!

He often was able to point out important things that we would have never even thought of as 1st timers and so we really appreciated having both his expertise and knowing that we could trust his advice. His style was very much one of providing us information and his own experience, but we never felt pressured at all at any point. Here are some example details of what they did for me: They called to tell me my offer had been accepted - on a house that I had talked myself into liking, but no longer wanted, having just found my dream house in a brand new listing minutes earlier. When I told them this, they did not get mad at all. They found a legitimate way to rescind my offer on that house, got me in to view the dream house within 2 hours of when it went online. They then hosted a last minute open house to find a buyer for my old house so we could put in a non-contingent offer on my dream house, which had a deadline for offers only 3 days away. They sold my house at that open house the next day. Thru phone, email, fax, driving, they tirelessly worked to speed up the timing on my old house sale so that the dream house offer could, in fact, go in non-contingent with an entire 10 minutes to spare before the deadline. I now live in that dream house and LOVE IT. They chased down everything when my old house closing was delayed by the buyers' VA mortgage company, including informing the buyers' agent of the delay, which she didn't even know about. When I was finishing the last 2 hours of cleaning my old house before handing over the keys, the gas fireplace suddenly stopped working. First I panicked, then I called the team, and they had a handyman over to fix it in 45 minutes so the closing wouldn't be delayed. They were excellent at advising on which repairs and upgrades to make to my old house while minimizing my costs. Twice they talked me out of spending $$ on a new bathroom vanity, told me to just paint the bathroom instead. They were right. They wanted me to keep that money to spend in my dream house. They gave good advice on pricing for offers on new houses and listing price for my old house. They were friendly and professional throughout.
