I've really been looking forward to writing this review to pay tribute to our Rockstar realtor Christy. My husband and I recently got married so this was our first home purchase together- and let me tell you this was NOT an easiest transaction! Had we not had her representing us we probably honestly would've given up on the home that is now our dream retirement home. I've known Christy for over 10 years and when it was finally time to buy a home and sell my husbands, I was looking forward to working with her. She completely surpassed our expectations and then some! When I say she handles things ... she HANDLES them and gets things done . Not only does she get things done-she gets things done ahead of schedule and is so proactive and on top of everything. She put her extensive network and resources into action for us. This all sounds so cliché, but she LITERALLY is that good!!! During the last almost 2 months, my husband and I kept telling each other all of the time how impressed we were with her! Buying new home: After the inspection of our new home (but in fact an older home) there was MANY things that needed to be taken care (and not small things) and negotiated- she made sure she had contractors out within 24 hours getting bids and getting things assessed to make sure we knew the large picture and history of the home that we were buying and to the extent of the scope of work that needed to be done. Her solutions-oriented mindset--her mantra that "everything is figure-outable" truly came to life during our experience with her which gave us confidence that we were making the right decision- when at times we were feeling defeated and ready to look for a new home. Selling husbands home: Literally a breeze. Her amazing marketing, and photos and hustle had his home with an offer within 3 days - meanwhile, similar homes in the neighborhood are still sitting after a month. I actually feel sorry for the homeowners because they don't have the agent that we have!! I want to share her with everybody! From a small business owner myself- you don't find a lot of people that have her drive and determination and follow through-and do it in a way that's so professional yet personal with us as clients. She communicates with clarity and professionalism; especially explaining things that we knew nothing about and made them make sense to us. She is super knowledgeable and so well-spoken and straight forward. Again, a quality that not everybody in her field possesses. Buying a home is a personal transaction... and being able to trust her ... and trust that she's going to do everything in her power and within her scope to make sure that us as clients are represented and in our best interest kept us sane during this process. My husband and I felt like we were a team with her. Everything is figure-outable! In a market where people try to negotiate less the commission of their agent- DON'T with her! She is worth EVERY penny and then some. If we could, we would've tipped her lol. If you want your house to sit on the market or you want to hire somebody who willy-nilly just wants a check and won't put in all the work she's not your girl- she is a rockstar agent. WINDERMERE if you are reading- she needs a promotion or award I wish everybody could have the same experience as we did and have a 'Christy' as an agent! Everyone needs a 'Christy!!!'
